Just went into store to buy clothes. Weird thing was a number of customers were trying on clothes in the aisles (more later). Clothes for men was badly mixed up, both by size and style (dress, casual). After spending 20 minutes going up and down two aisles I found ALL SIX pairs of pants in my size and proceeded to the dressing room... For except the dressing room was closed for a lunch break. I went to speak with a manager to suggest that they put up a sign for shoppers to see dressing room hours. I also pointed out that my time had been wasted. She refused to acknowledge responsibility. This was my family's go-to store for clothing but not anymore.

Giving a 5 stars just because of the Super nice lady at the changing rooms. I've been near the changing rooms to waiting for my sister and mom to finish changing and the lady is always super nice and cheerful to anyone that comes near the changing rooms.

On 4-5-23, I was in the Burlington in the city of garden Grove on the date that I indicated before. And I had trouble with the person lady who claimed to be the general manager I was about to make a purchase and she said I couldn't purchase that that it was on a on a recall and it was at a special price and I said it was a gourmet treat and I asked her I said well the date isn't expired it's not open and it was on extremely special price and I thought I had got myself a good deal and then she said I couldn't purchase it and she said that if it goes in the machine it's going to won't accept it once a is recall and I go will show me then run it through and show me where it says cancel it's under recall and she refused to and she was quite argument and I usually don't shop in the store I don't plan to shop anymore in this store I haven't had such a bad experience ever at a Burlington in this one and I have gone to other Burlington's in Brea La habra and Fullerton and I have much better experiences. Also I would had to add insult to injurywhen I ask for an extra bag on many items that were stuffed into one bag it was heavy she said it's only one bag that they give out I couldn't double the bag up and I said oh it's full it's heavy and whatnot so she refused to do that also and. And also she didn't give me the double bag and you're not allowed to take out the carts into the parking lot so I had to carry the bags in that bag started tearing when I was halfway to my car in the parking lot the heavy one that was really full that she would have give me the extra bag for and I've never had that happen any other Burlington. I don't think that a good regular honest pain customer that pays cash, should be treated this way. I think that corporate should be aware of this unacceptable behavior by their general manager lady there at this garden Grove Burlington

I've coming always here before, but yesterday there's was a security acting hard core she told me what did you have on the bag? I have an return why? Oh no just wanted to see?? Dude only because the bag was saying Walmart and no Burlington instead? She's wearing glasses and acting up racist too!! Be careful if you try to bring any other bag for return or just this get me so mad Burlington hire better people instead please..!

Their product choices have gone down hill and their overall service. One of the workers there reeked of booze and they were still working. No way the manager on duty would not have known about their greeter stinked of cheap alcohol.

Store well organized friendly staff and eazy and fast check out. What else can I say we all know they have great deals there. Also plenty of jackets and big and tall selection is well stocked.

Burlington is not like it used to be years ago. It's now just a glorified Ross or Marshall's. Couldn't find any cotton nightgowns, shoes for my size or a shower curtain. They had plenty of fabric ones but I don't want a fabric one with a liner. I just want a plastic shower curtain with a print on it.

Worst f****** Burlington I've ever came to. Everytime I come the dressing rooms are closed and the line is extremely long for me to even guess on if the items fits, waiting 20 mins in line , and come back to return if it doesn't. It's literally annoying! Ross will continue to be my first choice. As a business owner there is a lot of things needed to improve !

I have always shopped at that store. But this is the last time since I was disappointed by the manager. A few days ago I bought a pair of short boots. The idea was to use them on the weekend, so don't save anything, throw everything away. The day came, I measured them with my favorite clothes and I realized that they had loose heels? after a few days off I went from work to have them changed for others because they were useless. I accept that I did not have a receipt or anything since it was not my intention to change them, I explained to them what had happened anyway, they did not want to change them and they only returned me 8 dollars of the 28 that I had paid. I got angry and I left there and I left them the boots, and let them take advantage of it.

One star for the long line and only 2 cashiers, and poor attitude. I asked the cashier to see if they can ask for help (there was a young mom with twins and a toddler and only buying a pair of shoes, so I felt bad we had been waiting for 10 minutes already) they said they didn't have a walkie talkie to radio someone. I told her I don't mind to ask, she directed me to the entrance were there is a greeter. There were 2 additional employees talking to the greeter and didn't seem to mind the long line there was. I asked if someone can help and Monica said sure. She seemed bothered. I mean to be honest I don't understand that attitude of being bothered. It's your job, it's something to be grateful for. She helped the young mom and then turned of her #4 light to help the other cashier with a transaction #3 (that had been going on for 15 min. Now)Like serious turned the light off ? It's the "I don't care attitude" for me Some People have lost there common courtesy these days.
