Staff seemed to be uncaring and proved it when I spoke about an issue I was concerned about. Terrible, unacceptable, response. Not because I didn't get the answer I wanted, but the way the rep spoke. i.g. it's Chase's way or the highway, no compromises, is the feeling I walked away with.

Banks Chase here they do not have the honesty to support customers but on the contrary they also discriminate against Vietnamese people. bad and Terrible service here .My husband went to paid Bill and forgot his ID card, was called by the staff there, but at that time, my husband was worried about picking up the child, so he forgot did not come back to pick it up the same day his forgot 1 weeks , . . And Today him came back and paid bills again ask coworkers him forgot ID Card last week but the staff told you not to come pick it up. I put it in the trash… OMG ... Whats wrong to you … before You want Trash ID Card customers employer need call back and remind the customer to take the time to get their ID back. If you don't come pick it up within 24 hours. We’re will be throw the trash away... Agree but don't see them calling or reminding anything , We’re 20 years customers at Bank Chase , and how much we’re spend Credit and paid bill but how you support and take care your customers service So… So very…very Bad customer service , What happiness if I’m forgetting money or adding money, the staff is always silent and keep it, right ??? ??????

There was a long line for two tellers and across the way, there were four bank employees talking to another above their cubicle partitions. I approached them and advised I was interested in opening up an account. They told me to take a seat in their waiting lounge and someone would be with me. 20 minutes later, still no one approached me. The teller line was still long and the employees were still talking among each other. I left.

No comment. Just an advise, hire competitive and professional staff and managers. We can not entrust our hard earned income to some rude and unprofessional bankers. This used to be a service oriented branch, especially when it was WaMu.

Impossible to cash a check. Both times I’ve come trying to cash Chase checks from my employer it’s taken way longer than it should have. I’ve been met with incredibly rude and inattentive customer service in addition to it taking over 15mins for them to verify and cash my check. I’ll never do business with this bank ever again.

i would be cautious about using the outside ATMs at this location. came to deposit the ATM was a little offset do i looked at the ones on the side and noticed this one was definitly tampered with. also--i looked above it and noticed loose and exposed wires. i reported it to one of the employees inside, hopefully they fix it ASAP as it seems like a financial liability issue. BE AWARE.

Customers service is terrible! The bank representatives here are not knowledgeable when it comes to cashiers checking. I had purchased a cashier check, and wanted to know if it got lost can I cancel it? They say "yes". The check was send and never got deliver. I came into the wanting to cancel because the check got lost. They wasn't able to cancel it and send me to another bank and try to cancel it. I had to scheduled an appointment to come back in again and tried AGAIN to cancel. It was a nightmare.
