I've been to this branch for 3 years but only to see Louis( the manager). Today actually my first time at the counter- Kathy Vo : very helpful, very polite, very friendly, very professional!!! I had a great experience here while I was applying for a credit card. I was attended to quickly, even without an appointment. Minh was the one helping me today, he was friendly, informative, and very helpful. He gave me all the information I needed to know about the card I was applying for, and more. He went above and beyond, and I would recommend everyone come to Minh for their banking needs.

My first time at chase bank. I knew Minh Huynh from a reviewer, so I had an appointment with him. He explained in detail and patiently. Highly recommend him.

Highly recommend to come here and ask for Minh Huynh! He's very nice person, friendly and welcoming to help you with all questions. I have met many bankers at the different branch so far, but he's the best one I ever met! I also like the way they run the business in this location, welcoming and professional. Thanks you all!

This branch needs to be trained on professionalism. I've been a chase customer for over 10 years and have always had great service at other branches. Last year, I came to this branch to open a business account. The banker that we had were so rude, and in the end she had no idea what she was doing. My uncle who's opened a business account with chase ended up walking her through the process but she still did it wrong and I had to go to another branch to fix my card. Second time I came here was recently for my boyfriend to open a checking account. We made an appointment with Omar and he was late. When he came, there was no apologies. When we started talking about opening a credit card he sounded so racist and didn't even go through any options they have unless we asked. Because of his attitude, my bf decided to go to wells fargo for his checking account and credit card. Sorry chase, i wanted to refer customers to you guys but your employees at this branch always display a rude attitude. Very disappointed!

I've been banking with the SchoolsFirst credit union for a decade and had no reason to come to Chase until a family member passed away. To keep the finances simple as executor of the trust and will, I kept that part of the finances with Chase. The financial advice and guidance I've received from being apart of Chase Private Client banking has both made me money through investments from their guidance and saved me money with buying our first home. I appreciate the attention to detail, service, and the straight talk. My financial situation was made better by banking here.

WOW.... THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED. I've been banking with Chase for over 10 years now and decided to come into this branch because this was where I originally opened my accounts at. Not only have their been a turnover in staff members, but the quality of customer service have also diminished.There was a long line for the tellers and nobody was in the lobby to greet customers for a good 10 minutes. When I was able to make eye contact with someone that worked there, she finally came out to the lobby with a tablet. But then she proceeded to help all of the customers waiting in line that came in AFTER me before helping me out. I cannot tell if it was an intentional thing, but she was bilingual and therefore helped all of the Spanish speakers first. So i guess they don't care about who comes in first or not anymore... Awful system! Once she got to me, she refused to help me with my banking needs... She claimed all of the bankers were tied up at the moment and that I needed to book an appointment. When I asked her questions and for her to give me alternative options she blamed that they can't help me without an appointment because of "covid" and that she doesn't know so it's best for me to use my chase app for FAQs and appointment making. Mind you, she was FREE to help me and 2 more bankers were just standing around the lobby chatting with each other and were NOT tied up. So she lacked problem solving skills, too.Lastly, this is ultimately why they get a 1-star review even though I know covid should be a huge factor into considering... After my interaction at this Chase branch, I went to the one on Brookhurst and Chapman and they helped me IMMEDIATELY. They greeted me at the door even though they were busy. They gave me options and helped me book an appointment for the same day and also gave me the option of waiting around as a walk in appointment. They did everything in their power with my banking needs and guess what? I was helped and seated with a personal banker within 15 minutes!!! So I'm sorry, but this branch on Harbor is just poorly managed and unprofessional. Go to a different branch so you don't get a horrible Chase experience.
