After several years with this bank, I unfortunately had to move on. Was scammed on zelle and this bank couldn't offer any resolution. So I moved my money to a higher-interest account and made my money back in 2 months from just the interests alone. I believe I was getting .5% on my money market account. I transferred everything to one that paid 4.70%. Didn't want to leave this bank as it was local, but after getting scammed and the bank offering no help, I had to do what I had to get my money back. Now I'm earning a good amount on interests from the online savings account. Guessing this bank was making a good amount on what I had in the money market account. But now it's going into my pocket instead. Had they actually help me, I would have stayed and they would have got their money back in 2 months or less.

Beheret was not nice, she asked me 4 times who, where, and what kind of a check it was. I was close to telling her off over this, but got control. You start looking foolish if you can't deposit a check.

Guys be careful with this credit Union I had account with this credit Union over 5 year, today I went in to closed my account because they charged me every little thing even I don't use it, and the service sucks. Now I know why when I walked in there's no one in there I give it one star of the service and everything.

It’s so sad that I had a good experience with one of the tellers, even giving them almost two hours of my time to wait for a loan to be approved, only to find that I was not informed of the $5 transaction fee on a petty $10 amount transfer. I’m sure as a bank the least they could have done was let me know, but I was neither informed nor even made aware in the slightest about this. Good thing it’s only $5, but it’s still sad because now I don’t know if I can trust them with my entire savings or salary. They appear to want to help but in the end they just want your time and money for business.

Two different times I spoke to the Garden Grove branch to have the manager return my call and never received a call back. Had to walk in today to talk to the manager. She said she never received the messages. I think she got it but just never bothered to call back - was not surprised at all she had an excuse. Told her first complaint was no one there knew how to set up a Trust account. They wasted my time the night before when I called and spoke to GG branch to see if they could do that. After they went back and forth with each other asking if they could do that and finally said yes, and I should come in and fill out the form. Next morning Two people there had no idea how to fill it out. After 20 minutes of me half way filling out the form with them going back and forth asking each other questions they said I could not open the account because the other people had no account there. They could have told me that the night before, but since no one knew what to do there was no way they could have told me that. Manager as usual was not available at the time. Asked them if there was a work-around and they said No I should do it elsewhere. They seemed scared of the whole process. Came home and called the main branch. They said all GG had to do was call and ask, if they did not know what to do. When I brought up this today to the manager at first she said that was correct that there was no way I could have set up a trust account and would have had to go elsewhere to do it. When I gave her the answer the main branch gave was that all that needed to be done was have the other people open an account there then all of a sudden she said I was right, and she acted like she knew all about it. She then asked me if I wanted to do that. Is this lady crazy or what? First she gives me wrong info saying I cannot to it, then when I tell her what and how it can be done she agrees I am correct and acts like she knows all about it. Same thing happened when I came in a week ago to make sure my beneficiary's social and address was on my account. I was told by the clerk they were unable to add as there is no space for it. She said if she gives me a form to fill out to not to bother putting in that info because they are unable to add it. I came home and again called the main branch. They said that is not true and it can be added. Today when I spoke to the manager I brought that up. I first tested her to see if I was going to get the same answer the clerk gave me last week. As I expected she told me the same thing that the clerk last week said and that there is no way to add any information except the name. I then gave her the correct answer as per the main branch and she told me I am correct it can be added. Either this manager is playing games hoping the customer will go away and go elsewhere if anything is more complicated that putting money in and out or she really has no clue until the customer tells them what can be done and how. Some nice people behind the counter. As in all businesses, if there is confusion with the people look to the top - management.

The Stanford branch has great managers and staff. They are generous smart people who are willing to go the extra mile above and beyond the normal conduct. I've been there twice in one month for the first time ever as a shared branch network patron. I was treated with respect and they approved measures to help me out. I'm moving to HB or I would make this branch my go to. Thank you team and Way to Go!

This institution Grades a C- with the Better Business Bureau, would you eat at a restaurant with a C- grade? So why would you bank with one? Stop my Automatic Withdrawals Now, or I will continue to give bad reviews! 6 week after filing a cancellation of automatic withdrawals and let me close this account!

I've always received great service when coming here! Employees are very kind and very helpful. I don't mind the semi long drive from my house because it's worth it .
