I've been using CVS pharmacy for years. It's my usual go-to pharmacy and it's conveniently located down the street. Lately however they have had some issues with filling prescriptions including much needed pain medications. It could just be that they are bogged down with orders for medications, but it could also be a prioritization issue or a stocking issue. The automated system can also feel impersonal and can be irritating to deal with. So overall my faith in their services has begun to wane. I might be changing pharmacies soon if the problems I have been facing persist.

Pharmacy staff will say they're putting you on hold before you can even speak with them and leave you on mute for 15+ minutes. Had to hang up, not easy to get through to anyone.

Can this place get any worse!?! Need to get oxygen boost canister for my daughter cause she’s having difficulty breathing. Been trying to call them for the last hour and no answer. Roommate said probably because there’s only one person working. Got to the store and they are closed!!! Open 24 hrs? Wack! Waste of my time and money for gas!!!! Ridiculous!!!! If I can give zero star, I would.

If I could give 0 stars, I would. The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional. I waited over an hour to pick up my prescription that had been called in the day before. Will not be coming back to this location.

Very ghetto. Nasty workers and the cashier SUSAN used my email and number for her points ! What a thief !!! I spent so much money for her to claim my points .

I come here all the time since I work nearby. They're 24 hours CVS so you could always drop by for your meds, just don't come at 5 PM; there's always a line. Calling in takes at least 20+ minutes for this CVS during business hours comparing to other locations; after ~9+ AM - 5ish PM.

Everytime I pull up the dumb blue light and camera says not to worry because I'm under surveillance. I've been to and drove way out of my way to this location 3 times this week to buy something it said was in stock and I get here and nope. They don't even carry the item in store. Now this time the money gram machine doesn't work. Also I feel like a criminal being followed around by all the employees in the store. Why is it that every time I go down another isle there's 5 employees dutifully stocking the shelves and not one of them asks if I need help finding something. Why do we even have stores anymore anyways. It should only be for trying products out sampling them or feeling materials. Then get delivery in 24 hours or pickup jn less time turn all the empty building into storage delivery hubs and parking for the homeless. Oh and don't worry I have the place and the cameras under surveillance in case it starts recording me without my permission or I might as well not even come here they don't have anything I need or what they claim to have . Fin

They close their makeup section at 8pm ridiculous . Never been to a cvs where they do this .

The girl working at 7 pm was sooooooo rude! She did not speak 2 words to me when I came to the register. She just stared at me like a zombie. I get it this generation has social anxiety and is not getting paid enough but “hello” should be the bare minimum….

I've been going here for 10 years. The pharmacy staff works so hard and though it can get busy they're always smoking and helpful. The regular staff is fantastic as well, which to get you a locked own it to open the bathroom.
