The store closes at 10. I pulled up at 9: 45 to run in and grab a few things. I as I was walking up an employee was locking the door. I understand that the store wants to close on time. They need to post their hours as 9:50 so people like me who are thinking they have a few minutes to grab something, don't . It's not just dollar tree it's other stores as well. I went to Walmart and spent my money there.

It's Dollar Tree. Nobody I know admits shopping here, but we all do it. Good deals on a stock that changes from day to day. Just remember: You don't go here for the ambiance, mmkkkkkk? Thanks to their hardworking, underpaid staff.

Asked for balloons from the manager. She pawned it off to the one employee in the front. Which was fine. He started filing the 1 of the 4 balloons I needed and he got more customers. He called for backup but she refused. So he stopped blowing up my balloons to help two other customers. Now, I am also spaying customer who was there first. The manager should have come out to help or the employee should have finished my order first. He called for help which I as the right thing to do, but helped refused to come out of that office. That is not ok!

I came looking for plastic gift bags for Christmas every year; 10 bags for $1 three years ago but the price had increased ever since storewide price is $1.25. They have plently of gift bags options and sizes whenever you need to wrap your prsents for Christmas. They also carry Manila envelopes if you need to mail out documents; got 6 for $1 back then.

Stire 2053. Ste clerk was very rude when I asked for a manager she rolled her eyes and said oh God. The manager finally came up I explained that the cards were 2 for a dollar see the sign there.... she said well that's wrong they are a dollar. I asked for her manager Britney said they have pto. I asked for the number to call on Monday she said I can look it up. I again asked her for the numbet and her name, she was not wearing a badge, she said I could take my fingers and look it up. She was so rude and disrespectful. I was charged fo s card and did not recieve it. All

If I could give it a half a star I would. Disgusting & dirty. You can be understaffed, but you can also have a cleaner store. When it gets this bad, you call Corporate ASAP! Drink cooler sounds like it's going to break, merchandise everywhere & empty shelves with garbage on them. This has nothing to do with the cashiers or anyone not in management. This is a management issue and the general managers boss needs to step foot in the store. Shameful

Even though there was a very long line. Which went 1/4 into an aisle with 1 cashier. It went fast once the 2nd cashier got there. Now the issue is,we were being helped by Berthadalia and we overheard customer in the next line saying she forgot her purse. So as she went out to get her purse, we went to the cashier which was right next to us and told her; here is the money for the lady's items. We'd like to pay for it. The cashier attending to that lady told us "No". We were trying to give her $30 for the $28.and change the young lady owed. Cashier very rudely walked away as we're trying to pay it forward and said "No" again.What difference does it make,the store was going to get their money.Extremely rude and the other employee the rude cashier told what was going on didn't even help out.
