This used to be a great bank. Been with them for well over 10 years. Used to be great customer service and everything was handled in house. Now they outsource all of their work and every time someone reaches out they either have no idea what they're talking about and/or they are rude. I will definitely be closing my account with them after this most recent experience.

I received excellent service from Kirsty Ngo on my first visit to Eagle CCU to open an account. She was professional, efficient, and knowledgeable. She helped get me the best possible rate for my credit card and loan. I highly recommend her service for your financial needs. Thanks Kirsty and ECCU!

Horrible service, I was ready to open an saving and checking account with then, the Spanish lady was helping me being nice. She asked a white lady if she could help me to open an account because was already late. I catch the white lady looking at me first then she looked back at her and shake her head. Barely she knows I was about to deposit more money then she probably have on her account she probably makes 10% of what I make and she was being racist. People like this should lose their jobs. I hope they check the camera and do something about this she should be fired. If management wants to get in contact with me I have no problem giving the information.

This review is not intended for the staff. Their staff has always been very professional and helpful the times I've came in. My review is in regards to my account with them. I've had a few debit cards in the past 4 years I've been a member and I've always had the same issue. Not sure if I've had a faulty debit card each time or it's just the way the credit union operates. These are some of my concerns: My cards never work at any gas pumps. I always have to pay inside. I'm often off work late and most of the gas stations near me are already closed (inside) so I have to drive further away until I can find one that's open to pay inside. No mobile wallet or tap pay is available. No option for cash back. All the times I've requested cash back at a store (with funds available of course), my entire transaction gets declined. Your customer service number is not on the back of your card. The number listed on the card is to the office, which closes at 5pm. If I want to report problems with the card, I have to look up the number online. Whenever I try to view my balance on the app, I have to go through several confirmation steps first. I add my login ID, password and on top of that I still have to select whether I want to get a temporary code via call or email so I can proceed on the app. Lastly, my debit card was randomly blocked and I was never notified about it. No email or text whatsoever. I only found out after my card was declined at the store.

Don't bother if you want a credit union that has your back.During my dispute process, I was put on hold for months and not contacted about anything. Now that the dispute is "over", I am being told there is nothing they can do about the company REFUSING to give me the money they agreed to give me. My account is negative $1500.I can hardly get my questions answered, and hardly have received any patience. Now they are telling me I need to fix my account's negative balance, or they will close it. AS I AM STILL DEALING WITH A DISPUTE that caused my account to go negative in the first place. They wont approve me for a loan but if I can't keep my account open if I don't put in money today. It doesn't make sense and I am feeling very let down.Thanks for nothing.

I recently moved all of my banking over to Eagle Community Credit Union and I am so glad I did. The entire team is super friendly and helpful, but especially Iliana Montano. She welcomed me with a bright smile and helped me complete my transition with ease. I highly recommend this bank and location.

I'm not a member of this credit union. I walked in and asked if I could get change for a $20 bill. They refused because I was not a member. This is why I will never be one. Be smart. Take your business to a place that cares about the community they're in. Eagle Community Credit Union clearly doesn't and has no intention to attract new membership.

What can I say about Eagle Community Credit Union. I feel I have been blessed with Manager Nguyen Dao with all my financial needs, but before I go on I must tell you she is the most knowledgeable professional, smartest and kindness human I have ever dealt with. Recently I was in need of assist with a financial problem when not only Nguyen DOA but also Olivia Kleczko help me through this, not only we're they both looking for the best outcome but also looking out for my personal interest too. I can not thank them enough for all the help and kindness I've received from both of them
