I would put a minus if I can. Very bad customer service and the girl who was working today was very rude. I had a return and it said in the email that they will box it for me and it still refused to take it so I found a random box in my car and she still refused to help me. This never happened at another fedex store. They need to hire people who know what to do and not being entitled.

terrible customer service, and they will lie to you just get a few extra $$ from you. if you only have to drop of a package, i would highly suggest using the fedex inside of walgreens on valley view instead.

Don’t go there please visit on valley view location there is three people working when I ask to print some paper freddy start telling me there is mechine I am using fedex also 10 years it’s totally unhelpful staff why there hire them if they can help someone I also gonna right down a email to fedex

Came in and had to ship an important package. Arlene was awesome and helped me print a required document needed to send with Item. She went above and beyond to help me get the right insurance and make sure my package was going to the correct location.
