Lee is the worst employee. Has a bad attitude and hates his job. Came to get my tire fixed and he wouldn’t even listen to me and just gave me an attitude because they were busy. Went to Just Tires down the street and they were very professional. They also had a 2 hour wait time but were very accommodating. I simply gave them the flat tire and told them I would come back to get it when it’s done. I don’t understand why Lee couldn’t just do the same thing for me. I guess not every employee here is as professional as Ky Nguyen. It’s a shame because I come here all the time.

If I could give this place a 0, I would. The customer service is so rude. I walked in on a Sunday morning at 8:30am and he just stared at me like I was a dumb girl. Didn't even acknowledge my husband or I. We asked how long it'll be for a tire patch since we have a nail in the tire.. his response was rude and said "not right now." I looked at my husband and then just told him we'll find somewhere else to go. Don't go here. They've always been super rude

Second time here. First time, I made an appointment and waited 2 hours for new tires, wheel rotation, and alignment. Not bad I guess. Second time, I made an appointment for tire rotation and alignment. I expected a 2 hour wait. However, in reality I waited 3.5 hours. More detail: At 1 hour, they got my car up and tires off. And then, they just stopped working on it. At 2 hours, no further work was done on my car. Two other cars that came after me got worked on and finished. I asked for an update. Cuong said my car was done and needed a few more minutes. He moved the papers and my keys to the "completed" side. At 2.5 hours, still no work was done on my car. They took in 2 new cars. I asked for another update. Cuong again said a few more minutes. Then, a technician laid down my tires underneath my car. At 3 hours, the tires were still laying on the ground. A technician made eye contact with me and spoke with me. He tried to get me to buy new tires and some more services. I declined and he helped put the tires back on my car. At 3.5 hours, I got my car back. Lesson: Babysit the technicians. Ask for an update every 30 minutes otherwise they will ignore your car. Go to a different location.

This is the worst Firestone in garden grove when I was changing the windshield stick and a oil change it cost 189 dollars without go down and the other place it was the same thing also change everything but it cost like 125 dollars then this place don't come to this place ever again!
