Went here at 10:47am to return a couple items and the girl who helped me had the nastiest attitude 😭 how is it my fault she’s unhappy with her life/herself. They need a better employee with a better attitude.

Quite interesting store with plenty of everything that is focus to kids, teens, teenagers, & college students. Prices are decent for the quality of the items. They have from snacks, to drinks, to personal cares, to sports, to kitchenwares, to games, to clothing, to bathroom, and etc…staff seem nice and helpful. There is a big parking lot so plenty of parking. They do have self checkout and if there issue, the staff will come and help. Overall it a nice decent size store to get some good snacks and drinks for sure.

The girl with the short hair and a tattoo on her neck was very nice! At the end of paying it asked me if I had a good experience and I accidentally clicked no. I just wanted to leave a nice review because she was friendly and helpful.😄

Morgan is so awesome!, always greets us upon entry and this time helped us pick out balloons we needed and also blew them up then arranged a super cute bouquet for us!!, great experience every time!!

Went here to shop on Saturday March 8th. My 5 year old kid needed to use the bathroom and the male employee there was very mean and refused to let her use it. He said this was the store policy and it was just his job he didn’t make the rules. Meanwhile the 5 Below near our house in Lake Forest is very welcoming and and always let customers use their bathroom all the time so apparently this is not 5 Below policy. This location just has very bad customer service.
