Stupid fkn place I called just a minute ago because I have a notice that there's a recall for the hydraulic electronic control unit on my car First call they didn't answer Second call I got transferred to services, all I heard is conversations and noise untill finally a man said hello and I mentioned my recall he transferred me AGAIN to sales and then got hung up on Assholes Fuck Kia and fuck their dealership Horrible costumer service

Decided mom needed an early 80th birthday present and found what I was looking for here. Having dealt with Kia dealers in the past, not this one, I was a little hesitant, but this experience restored my faith in the brand. They were absolutely outstanding to work with it was such an easy process. Javier Santos and Khristina (aka Peg Bundy) are awesome to work with. No pressure totally just a fluid transaction. And the finance guy was absolutely hilarious. I forgot his name, but I've never laughed harder in a paperwork signing in my life I highly recommend them and the dealer. Outstanding customer service! Thanks all!

I have been going to Luis, an service advisor, for a couple of years now, and he has been great at communicating with me about my vehicle and any services that might be needed.Andrea in service is also very helpful, handling a lot of tasks from dealing with corporate to assisting customers with loaner vehicles or transportation. The best part is that I can text them and get a quick response, instead of waiting on hold.My only complaint is that they should bring back the car wash, as my car was returned to me dirty after the repairs.

Excellent reception upon entering facility. Efrain was very cordial. Welcomed us, reviewed our maintenance needs and status. Very diligent with response to application of "special" discounts offered, full explanation of service commitment and time of completion, which by the way was met to the time committed. Efrain was the total package and could be considered the ambassador for Kia Garden Grove. Excellent customer relations and execution of duties that by far exceeded our expectations. A very positive experience.

My first time at Garden Grove Kia was a great one. My service guy Luis was friendly and informative. My car was done with a 10k mile service and recall checks in less than the time quoted by Luis. I will definitely be bringing my car back in the future!

The service I received when calling to make an appointment made me consider not getting a Kia in the future. It was as if I was troubling the associate by calling. My car is fairly new, and having obvious issues. I understand that the dealership would need to diagnose the problem before they would know how long it would take to fix it, but they said I should plan for the car to be at the dealership all day. Craig had a poor attitude, and his customer service skills were lacking. Most people can't be without their cars all day, especially when the matter needs to be addressed sooner rather than later. I wish I could plan to take the car in later at my convenience, but the problem is a safety issue. Kia of Garden Grove needs to know how to better treat their customers.

Overall extremely satisfied with my experience purchasing a vehicle from Garden Grove Kia.I've been searching all dealers for the model, color (exterior and interior) trim, and options, Finally found a "close enough" vehicle here.Contacted them in advance to make sure the vehicle was still on the lot. It's a 60+ mile one way drive so wanted to make sure before we did the commute.Vehicle was still there, we drove down on a Saturday.The sales person we were supposed to meet wasn't free. She came out and said she'd have someone else help us. Little disappointed as we planned on buying then but understand weekends are busy times for dealerships. We didn't have to wait too long, maybe 15-20 minutes. All the while I'm thinking "I'm ready to purchase this vehicle and they have me waiting?".When we were finally helped, the salesman was courteous and professional. He let us test drive (by ourselves!) and was overall very helpful.He handed us off to a guy to wrap up the sale. He was on task and to the point, which I appreciated.All said it only took a few hours to walk out the door with a new Carnival, with a trade in. Their trade-in offer was in/line with KBB value which I appreciated seeing as Kia of Carson way under-valued my wife's trade-in.Reason for the -1 star is I just noticed my brand new, 2024 Carnival SX Prestige with little miles on it, the horn doesn't work. So now I have ti take it in to the local dealer to get that fixed. You would think these dealers would check the basics before selling a vehicle. Turn signals, check. Horn, check. But no, my horn doesn't work bought brand new from the dealer.

My hubby went in ..Chris Franklin..never asked for a Driver license to verify who is he was. Gave My hubby with information from the original owner of the car. We called back 2 times .. Chris Franklin blew us off. Chris can taunt . Disrespectful the customer.. talk down to the customer..and Craig from the service department condones it. Then when my hubby was driving off the property.. even a mile. The car broke down. We have the tow time name AAA. This place is scandalous. We have All the papers Documents.Andrea and Chris and Craig are rude . Craig condones talk down to customers and when my hubby acted to Chris's behavior... Chris was applauded for his behavior. They Do Not know how to treat people... Be honest. Nor even do the job right

I had the pleasure of working with Khristina Esqueda and Cesar Hernandez at Kia Garden Grove, and I must say their customer service was truly exceptional. The entire experience was top-notch.The negotiation process was remarkably stress-free, and they offered me a fantastic price that I was delighted with. Their professionalism and friendliness throughout the entire process made it a truly pleasant experience.What set them apart was Khristina's proactive approach. She took the initiative to call me five days after my purchase to ensure everything was going smoothly and even went above and beyond to schedule my next complimentary service. Her guidance in setting up all the features my family needed in the car was greatly appreciated.The finance process was incredibly smooth, with no pressure whatsoever. Notably, there were no hidden fees, a stark contrast to what I've encountered at other Kia locations.The only minor concern I have, which I'll address with Kia Corporate, is that my Carnival didn't come with the original floor mats, considering the substantial investment I made. It's a small hiccup in an otherwise fantastic experience.Overall, I highly recommend Khristina and Cesar for their exceptional service and the wonderful car-buying experience they provided. I had a very easy experience at Kia Garden Grove this morning. I was able to call to get an appointment exactly when I was available. Jeremy Fox came right to my car as soon as I arrived, checked me in and gave me an estimated time. I sat in the very nice lobby, had a coffee and was able to work while my car was being taken care of. Jeremy came back with my car quicker than the estimated time and even took it to be washed.

Got my plates mailed to me from Texas where I bought my vehicle and was without tools to install so they kindly took time out of their schedules to put them on for me. The front doesn’t have brackets, but they still made it work and did an awesome job

The service was great and the staff really helpful. They even got me a rental while they fixed my car.My concerned: they attempted to sell me a "two year service" for $1,200. When I referenced the manufacturer suggested service it was only only "Replace the engine clutch actuator fluid."

Been having several issues with my optima lately and have had them resolved promptly at their service department. Jeremy has been handled my car a couple times now and has been extremely helpful and understanding each time. Would recommend asking for him for your own services!

Best car dealer we have met in the last 5 visited. Very fast and efficient. Great selection. Prices match online to in person. Everyone is helpful straightforward.They commit to a good deal and follow through.Kia or pre-owned. They have earned my business.
