Most agents would have pushed me off or just taken their sweet time to reply. I can’t tell you the number of times Linh picked up the phone well outside of office hours, late at night or on the weekend to handle something I’m sure was minuscule but he had made a priority because he knew it was important to me. From getting me a new policy that was cheaper because the current policy company had changed its terms to getting me a refund he always took the time to handle it with expediency.
