Bad bad bad....bought their mattress paid good price for it , promised to deliver in one week , however 3 weeks went by nobody deliver anything not even a phone call to let you know the mattress was not in stock when called them.. all they said is we will send them out for you because we just got them in stock not even one word of apology Then afterwards take another week text customer saying will be there but actually took two weeks they promised to throw in a pillow for extra gift iagaij wasn't there Bad service but yet never apologize

So good the Diamond Mattress , I bought from Khoa , delivery the next day , I had bad sleep for years! Now i sleep so well & comfortable. I love it! Definetely recommend.

Seriously the most patient salesman I've ever encountered. I believe his name was Alex. I took my mom to get a massage chair for her birthday and my mom wanted to try each and every chair to test it out which is totally fine but she wanted to sit for the entire demo of each chair which was between 15-30 mins. There was like 4-5 models you do the math of how long we were there. Even I was getting a little frustrated. Alex was very patient and took his time to answer her questions and explain each functions to her. He was not pushy at all the entire time and even suggested she took her time to decide since it was a big purchase. At the end we did do a purchase. We have yet to have the chair since delivery isn't until this coming Saturday but I don't doubt it will be smooth. Definitely recommend!!!!!

This owner really irks me. Not necessarily that we he tried to pull a quick one on me and got busted. But now to find out that him that he got yelped to place the magic behind the mattress to get better reviews is really something else. This is why a lot of small business and reviewers have a love hate relationship with Yelp. But it doesn't mean to deceive the public. Lets start with your response to my review. Owner, your previous review stated that you could wish you could have done better, but yet your entire review was antagonizing and you sure went on the offense. Well, let me play some offense myself. First, if you need to improve on your sales technique, you should not say two things that contradict each other. Yes, I am a lawyer, we get paid to listen and weed out the truth and the lie. It was not hard with you. Yes, I did get frustrated because I don't speak Vietnamese as well as you do and you kept interrupting me. You don't need to explain to me how a "sale" works, that is demeaning. You don't need to reiterate "have a cool day" that is belittling your customer. But I can see why you would resort to these tactics as there is not really much you can do when you trying to sell and your customer caught you in a lie. As evidence by the other Yelpers, I am only of the many bad reviews you have. I would suggest that you find a different business model that does not rest on inflating the price and later decreasing the price to make it seem you are providing the customer with a discount. I would also suggest that you learn a different technique to massage relationships with customer whom you have wronged. You do not need to go on Yelp and post on your own business in order to attack them. But because you have done so couple with what appears to be deceptive business practice by changing the business name on yelp, I have decided to write this response. As attorneys, we also owe a duty to the public.

We could not be happier with the mattress we purchased from Alex. He was patient and went beyond our expectations when it came to customer service. We had plenty of questions and he answered them thoroughly. We wound up going with a Queen Beautyrest hybrid medium firmness mattress. It was at a very competitive price and ultimately chose Alex because of his customer service. When we are in the market for another mattress we will for sure be coming back here. I definitely recommend Asking for Alex for all your mattress needs.
