If you like to repair your own appliances this is the first place to go for parts. The staff are friendly and knowledgeable. Do your self a favor and call them for your appliance needs.

This is another locally owned small business that is an essential part of the fabric of this community. Everyone who works here that I have come in contact with is friendly, knowledgeable and courteous. I would be lost without this place. They always have, or can get, the exact part you need. I certainly hope this business remains a part of this city. Thanks for everything.

The staff have always been willing to help with my parts questions and purchases. And in the single instance they didn't have a part I needed, they directed me to a source where I could.I've had to repair my old Whirlpool/Kenmore washer and dryer on several occasions and OCAP Supply has been the first place I went to get replacement parts.

I have only had positive experiences here and have been buying parts for the last several years. If price is your concern, then you may be relieved to learn that the part pricing here is lower than other brick and mortar stores that sell the same exact items. I recommend this place mostly for apartment owners, appliance techs, handymans, and small general contractors who do a lot of apartment maintenance/remodels.If you prefer buying parts online from other vendors, then be prepared to deal with buying the wrong part, incorrect part descriptions, high shipping costs added to part costs, and long shipping times (even if you pay $50-$100 to overnight).I would rather not waste my time and buy here with confidence and from people whom I can develop a good rapport with, rather than try to pinch a couple of pennies and waste my time.I can guarantee you that most people who shop here are looking to buy the right part they need and they need it now, not later. If you have lots of time to waste and need to save a penny then go for it and try to find the right part online. I have found parts online before, but I try to avoid it as it's a giant time sinker. I and most people have better things to do than trawling the interwebs and giving random websites our financial info.Thank you OCAP for being reliable all these years!

These people are amazing. They present many options (for a hard-to-find part), along with the recommendation for a scenarior that would best fit each option. So happy that we found this place.

I always try to buy from local stores and gladly pay a bit more to support brick n mortars... BUT, it's hard to keep going when the item cost is double or higher in many cases. I purchased an electrical part that costs between 10 and 20 dollars online, but here? FORTY. Add to that, 45 minutes round trip (my fault rush hour on the 22). Five guys at the counter and it took 10 (or more) minutes to get helped,Again I try to understand and accept the differences between walk in and online sales, but, ...it needs to make sense. Also? If this electric-based item don't work (or won't solve my particular problem), I CANNOT return it. They won't accept returns on a perfectly good item. W an online purchase, I CAN return it. Thus, my investment in THIS locally operated n owned business is quite high all things being equal and the risk? Yup, it's ALL ON ME. Lovely.Nail in the Coffin...Also?, it took at least 5 minutes before ANYONE of the 5 guys even acknowledged me. Maybe they are simply not needing the business. I guess that's okay too...It may be time for me to throw in the towel on my personal commitment to the community and accept that most small stuff is be best purchased online...

The staff here are friendly, welcoming and SUPER helpful. They took a lot of time with me to help identify the proper circuit board for an expensive/high end microwave oven I was wanting to repair (dealing with error code.) The confusion was on the manufacturer's end; publishing multiple different part numbers for the same circuit board! In the end, after much scrutiny we were able to come up with the proper fit. WOW... I would have never worked by way thru it without help... and returning circuit boards and similar parts is dicey as the business cannot determine whats a good board vs a bad one... so just grabbing a board to see if it fits... was not an option here. Well done guys!

Our old dryer died. I thought we would have to buy a new one. I didn't want a new one. Didn't want to spend the money and they no longer last as long as the old ones due to all of the technology. I called them. They told me the 3 different areas that they felt could be wrong w it. They were happy to test the parts for me if I brought them in. If I needed to replace 3 main parts it would of been under $100. But in the end, I just needed to replace a belt. Grand total of $15. So much nicer then spending $$$$ for a new dryer. All of the employees were very nice.

They are the best! I'm pretty sure they have every appliance part you could need. Not only that but no matter how many times you call or how many questions you have, they will help you get what you need. I'm convinced they care about their customers. Thank you OCAP!

Great mom n pop shop. If you're staying with tank water heaters(vs tankless) I would get them here or at Ferguson's. I still prefer here because they carry American standard 30,40,50, 100 gallons and DONT have the Honeywell/electronic thermostat. Those things break all the time and and cost $300+ labor and up to a week of downtime. These American standard heaters are about $70-100 more than home depots Rheem but all the ones at HD have the Honeywell thermostat.
