“Great experience here! Arrived a bit before 6pm close and they were able to fit me in for an oil change. It turned out the last place I’d gone for fluids to be changed had left the cap off when they flushed the transmission fluid and the owner showed me where it had splashed all over that area under the hood. I was in a time crunch for my next appointment bc I thought I only needed a quick oil change, but he sent one of his guys to get a replacement cap, cleaned the fluid, topped it off, and added sealant to the new cap when he replaced it, and was done with all that and the oil change quickly enough that I was still on time for my next appointment. He also didn’t charge me for the transmission fluid top off or for sending his guy to get the new cap (of course charged me for the cap, as I’d expect, but it was inexpensive). All around, good experience and would go back!”

I came in three days ago to get my Honda 2019 hybrid vehicle worked on because it was shaking when on the freeway. Tony and Lee were very dedicated to getting my car fixed and ensuring that I did not have any issues during my upcoming road trips.

I had gotten new tires about three months ago and I had had to return to discount tire warehouse on two additional occasions to try to get them to fix the bumping sound when driving. But each time they said they had fixed it in reality they had not been able to fix it And the issue persisted.

They ended up removing the rotors and putting them back on properly and balancing out the tires. “I bought a used 2011 Acura MDX with 144,000 miles. When I test drove it, everything was perfect. No warning lights and ice cold AC.

Like a bad date, once I took her home, all the issues started happening. Within less than 70 miles, the dash lit up like a Christmas tree with all kinds of warning lights: check engine, check VSC, check SH-AWD, accompanied with loss of power, and the AC didn't work any more! It was a hot mess.

I cursed up a storm to the seller, but especially my impulsive tendencies.

After Googling and calling a few shops, some of which needed $180 and an appointment just to open the hood, I found U R #1.

And let me say, Truong with U R #1 was the best thing to happen with this Acura purchase. I pulled up on a Friday at 4p just as he was about to close up shop to leave on vacation.

I think he sensed my plight and decided to stay and help.

Truong is like the car whisperer, having worked with Hondas and Acuras since 1993. Within 5 minutes, he was able to diagnose the exact issue, a misfire in cylinder 5. He told me what parts to go buy (coil pack) and even went with me.

He replaced the parts and even showed me the hack job the previous mechanic did not installing the spark plugs correctly, leading to these cascade of issues.

Once corrected, the car started right up, and all the codes went away. This felt like a miracle and took less than 1 hour to fix! The car now runs perfectly!

Then he referred me to a shop down the street for my AC issue, and they fixed that in less than 30 minutes with a new fuse and recharge. Ice cold, just like my ex.

What could have been one of my costliest financial mistakes ended up as a minor inconvenience thanks to Truong.
