Building was undergoing some construction when we stayed here but still the rooms were neat and goods. If you like to experience Vietnamese music and culture, there is a bar downstairs as well with some nice people welcoming you.

The location is great. Everywhere we went besides the beach was walking distance. However, my room 228 was horrible! We have two little ones, one is still on a bottle. The fridge had not been defrosted upon arrival or at all during our stay. There was so much ice buildup, we had to buy a cooler to store our perishables. The light in the bathroom where our towels were stored next to was dusty. The light in the shower kept turning off on my husband. I had to keep going in there to turn them on. There were someone's shoes left under our bed and the worst part was the A/C unit. Every time it went on it sounded like a diesel truck starting its engine and stayed that way the entire time it was on. I didn't get any sleep the first night. Good thing we had a joining room and my brother-in-law switched rooms with us. Although, now that
we had a quieter room you can hear people going up and down the halls all night. Did I mention there's a karaoke bar downstairs that was bumping music all night? Well, there was and we weren't aware of that when we booked with them. We would have asked to switch rooms entirely but we were only there for 2 nights and my brother-in-law was willing to take the horrible room. Note to self, this is not kid friendly with a bar downstairs bumping all night, thin walls, and housekeeping was a 2. I should know I used to be one and if my room looked like that I would have failed my inspection. We will not be staying here again.

Great priced rooms with balconies. Very clean, and the area is right off the 22. Food nearb, Harbor is about a mile away if you want to go to the parks.

We recently stayed at the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Garden Grove/Anaheim South located at 10022 Garden Grove Boulevard in Garden Grove, California. The lobby is currently under construction with signs apologizing for the inconvenience. I’m very happy to deal with a hotel in the process of remodeling as it shows that the owner cares enough for the property to reinvest money for upkeep and improvements. In fact, one of the rooms near our room was in the process of being remodeled as well. Our room was clean and roomy and the beds were comfortable. The bathroom was also clean and the mirror behind the sink was modern with built-in lighting. The bottle of hair conditioner in our shower was empty, so I let the desk clerk know when I was walking by while bringing in luggage. Within minutes, one of the staff members was knocking on our door to replace the empty container. The air conditioner worked well and was not overly noisy. The shower had plenty of water pressure and ample hot water. We didn’t know about the free continental breakfast since our friends made the reservation for us. When we went to bed, we could hear music coming from another room, but fortunately, we were so tired that we were able to sleep despite the rude guests blasting music. Given our previous interactions with the staff, I believe they would have addressed the issue if we made them aware of it. Our stay was only one night and I was disappointed that we were not staying longer. I highly recommend the Ramada Plaza by Wyndham Garden Grove/Anaheim South and plan on staying here again.

I was there 2 nights , just check out this morning . Yesterday morning when we wake up we saw a big bug beg on the bed and I killed it . I told front desk about it , and she said she sent cleaning lady to clean my room and check if anymore bug . So we go out all day but when we return back to hotel no one clean my room , but it’s ok to us because we gonna stay only one more night , and next morning I wake up , man , I got so many bug bite on me , my hand , my face , and my leg … and it’s so itchy . I talk to the staff there about it and they try to refuse their problem. Bad service and dirty hotel . Never come back again and not recommend to no one .

Reasonable price for the cleanliness and convenience of the hotel. I stay here about 4 times a year whenever I visit Little Saigon.

Room is clean. Bathroom seems newly renovated and is very spacious. Free breakfast is typical hotel breakfast selection (waffle, eggs, cereal). Housekeeping service is great too. The only bad things are that is no grocery store nearby and the beds are double, not queen size. Disneyland is pretty far drive from here. The rooms have microwave and fridge. I didn't find anything I particularly disliked about this hotel, great experience.

Had similar issues with this hotel as James L. Booked 2 rooms through Hotels.com/Expedia group and the front desk seemed to have issues having their information synced with Expedia and they made us talk to Expedia customer service for whatever reason. Expedia said everything seemed fine on their end, we paid and we thought that was the end of it.
The staff end up calling us 2 times throughout the night interrupting our evening trying to get us to pay even though we already did. Turns out the staff had us mixed up with another customer who had the same name who hadn't paid? I'm not sure they weren't clear. We got locked out of our rooms and had to pay again for some reason which we had no trouble doing but they were souring our vacation with the constant bumps which seemed to be logistical errors on their end but we had to deal with it as customers.
Our family has visited this hotel 4 times before but after this experience this will be our last.
