On the 06-24-24 I wet the store to see some clothes to tired shirt end I left my shopping car outside end some of the worker in the store they take my things and put way I get out to see my shopping car was empty I said to lady was around I said what happened she said I know don’t y dije y eso que trabajan aquí then I was keep looking in the store one of the work said move I said a can’t cause there in forth of meee people the work me ether that worse service the I saw on this store that I always go

If you buy a delecate glass item, and "they ran out of paper", they'll act like too bad for you and if you ask for them to wrap the items in plastic bags for safety, they'll be rude and act like your annoying and simply ignore your request. Poor customer care and service, bad attitudes and childish demeanors.

Manager/ supervisor Crystal is extremely rude. Walked away as I was talking. If a customer is trying to get clarification on something the last thing an employee in charge should do is leave.

Terrible service today that I went to exchange a sports bra that literally ripped first time I tried on. So I can to return it was about 7.99 which is like 8 something .Did An even exchange and ended up being 8cents more for whatever reason. The guy Alex that was helping me at about 715pm was rude and said he’ll cancel order so I can go get 8cents like really.Made me feel completely stupid In front of everyone.I can’t believe for 8 cents they make a big deal when should be an even exchange.I will not be returning here. Bad enough they sell nothing but cheap clothes that don’t last at all.Terrible customer service.I already drove all the way here to even return this and they make me feel like I’m the bad person.And a couple times before I didn’t review on how bad Loss prevention makes you feel.Like I buy stuff ain’t here to steal yet they make me feel like I’m out to steal. Very uncomfortable.Cant take a moment to read I ingredients on certain products or loom to see how f something is made out of cotton because they are right there looking and following you.Fo somewhere else people believe me.

I walked in with my stroller and baby and was super excited to shop but forgot my diaper bag in the car, so my husband went back for it and found us in the store. Then we went so I can change my son in the restroom . When I stepped out my husband says he noticed people following us, which was loss prevention. We did nothing wrong and felt very uncomfortable. I bought a toy for my son and candy and left immediately. Will not come back here. Please do better. I do appreciate the lady who let us in to the restroom since my 5 month old had an accident.

There is a black lady that works there that has the worst attitude. She seems like she has personal problems, every time I go to this Ross she thinks she has to smirk at me. She is the reason I wear earphones thanks to nasty people like her. Bad attitude if you can handle working with people get a different job where you don't have to deal with people.

Not too bad. They have a decent selection and I saw a couple of cute things that I liked. Compared to other Ross locations that I've been to, this one is pretty stocked and has a lot of items. The prices are similar to the other ones as well. The store was also pretty clean and organized which I appreciated. I only had 1 interaction with an employee and it was not good. I was looking through the rack of return items by the fitting room and she yelled "EXCUSE ME". I guess I was in her way while she was putting stuff back, but I didn't think she needed to raise her voice. Nevertheless, I'll probably be back for the good deals.

Horrible! Just Horrible! It is messy and long line. If you want to look thru items that is locked. You have to wait in the long line "to purchase" and then they can assist you. There was a button "press for assistance " I waited. While the staff stares at me... they can see me waiting, but don't even bother assisting me. I then asked is there anyone that can assist me. They said I have to wait in line. I walked to other side. Thinking someone is assisting another customer. I asked where is the line? They then pointed the line to purchase. I was surprised by the response. I asked. The line to purchase? You have to wait in the line for you to see an items that locked? They said yes. That is ridiculous. So before you want to look at an item that is locked...make sure you do your shopping. Before u look at your item. While u look the item that is locked. In sure other customers behind will be upset of u holding up the line to look at an item thats locked. Make it make sense.
