Woke up 4 am with loud union strike banging , honking and drumming sound. Please help poor people. And please warn guests when they make a reservation. Front desk helper said that it has been Going on since July 4am-8:30pm. Ruined my family vacation. Please don’t come here. Also all bad reviews are deleted. I wonder they pay google review to remove complains. Thanks.

The only upside is that it's close to Disney. But in reality, there are many other options nearby that offer better value for money. First of all, the room is very noisy. And they seem to lack experience in handling some basic operations, including WiFi setup, registration, which is supposed to be very easy. The most annoying part is that they charged fees on the wrong card, which I was initially told was only for a deposit. Then I contacted them. Initially, they said they couldn't do anything, but after my persistence (because this is their fault), they asked me to fill out a form. It's been nearly a month since I filled out the form, and I still haven't received a refund on the first card. Every time I contact them, they just keep making me wait. Zero star for their poor service.

It was a delight to stay at the Sheraton Garden Grove. We were checked in at the front desk by Ruby and she couldn't have been any more pleasant! We got in early so we were amazed when we were able to get checked in right away. However, they would have been happy to hold our luggage until our room was ready. We took full advantage of that perk our last day in town. Ruby and the entire staff made our stay feel extra special when she heard me say it was my husband's birthday. Shortly after we returned to our room that first afternoon, my husband was greeted at the door with a piece of cake with a candle and a card that the staff put together and signed. What a fun surprise! It was such a great start to our vacation. Thanks so much for making us feel special!

The Sheraton was a wonderful place to stay. We went in a trip for my birthday & the hotel provided champagne & chocolate covered strawberries. The service was wonderful, everyone was very kind. Definitely planning on staying there again on our next Disney vacation.

First time staying here and stayed four days. Was weird there was no comforter on beds just sheets. Beds were very squeaky and seemed broken. Other then that the service was great. Breakfast buffet was good. Stayed here for the bus option to Disney but bus never came or was only doing drop off only so used Uber. Other then that it was a great stay!Nearby activities: DisneylandWalkability: Plenty of restaurants

Not sure why people complain about this hotel, we stayed three nights and had a great service, our rooms got clean and beds are comfortable. They offer a shuttle to Disneyland for $6 each way but it's actually cheaper to take a lift back and forward for the two of us. It was about $8 each way, so we saved some dollars there.Less than 10 mins from disney so it worked for us. We will be staying again.

Great hotel, clean, fair priced and friendly service. Sal and Mario were excellent at breakfast. Impeccable service, good food and pleasant hosts. I felt like I was eating at a home away from home. I will definitely stay there again.

My stay at the hotel was pretty alright, and considering the location, it was a decent value for the money. The place was conveniently close to Disneyland. And let's not forget the Target right across the street. Plus, there were a bunch of restaurants and quick bites nearby.Parking? No worries there. They had plenty of spaces, so that was a relief. The rooms were alright in terms of size, though they seemed like they'd seen better days. Maybe it was the carpet, but there was this faint mustiness that wasn't particularly inviting. Not the best setup, especially for those with allergies.A heads-up, though: if you're looking for room service, you've got to ask for it. I guess either I missed that memo during check-in or they decided to let me in on the secret a bit too late in the game.A cool touch, though – the TVs had Netflix, so I could kick back and catch up on my shows using my own account. All said and done, my stay was alright with its share of ups and downs.

This hotel location is close to Disneyland resort , its 7 floor building , just opposite Target superstore. The room is very spacious with wide window to see outside , shower area is plenty of space . equipped with starbuck coffee maker, closet with iron machine and its pad, it’s very convenient. 24hour operating fitness, accessible by keycard , is very convenient. Room service is just average.

The hotel staff billed the wrong credit card after I gave them the business card and they insisted it would be billed and my personal card would only be for incidentals. They billed my personal card for all of it. It has caused me a problem and it takes me a while to get reimbursed. The rooms are nice but check your receipts before you leave.

Stayed here for a 3 day Disneyland trip. Although I didn't stay that much in the hotel room but to get served for anything, be it, check-in or asking for towels, or toothbrushes, takes so long. And to top it off, make sure when they clean your room, they actually wipe the bathroom floor and replace your towels, because they didn't! They took the dirty ones and left my room with no towels. Didn't really notice until I was in the shower missing towels to dry myself off! Annoying! Also, don't ask for sparkling wine, because they don't have it, they will serve you white wine without even telling you they don't have sparkling! Like, who are you trying to fool? Rooms are decent and comfortable and location is good, very close to Disney if you're going to walk. Oh, Front desk staff are not the nicest people.

Fair experience but I would think twice before staying again. My room was outdated and it didn't feel very clean. It had a cracked sink, a dirty and old shower head plus a stained carpet. Nice staff specially the guys at the entrance who made me feel welcome everyday.

We stayed there from the 14th through the 16th of July.We got there around 11:00 pmThere was no parking since there was a big wedding there was nobody outside directing traffic are trying to accommodate the new guests that were checking in. On top of that, only one elevator was in service. The whole time we were staying there. The only access we had to the stairs from the bottom floor was outside from the lobby which wasn't very safe. The Wi-Fi was not working there was no microwave in our room when I asked Services why the Wi-Fi wasn't working they said it could be due to too many people on the same Wi-Fi.Also to the room that we're staying in which is 622 the room outside could see right through our window which I didn't think was giving us very much privacy so we had to have the shades closed the whole time. All in all the hotels is in a great area, but if they're having big events like weddings conferences, etc. They need to have a valet to accommodate the guest. Maybe different Wi-Fi routers so the Wi-Fi could be stronger. Also making sure that not only one elevator is working but both of them.

This hotel is unethical and irresponsible to their customers. We had a nonrefundable reservation. Check in time at 3p, we got to the hotel at 1am and was told our reservation was cancelled at 11p, because the hotel was overbooked. We had received no advance notice. If you run a hotel service and leave your customer stranded in the middle of the night, without even attempting to help them, you shouldn't be in the business. Avoid booking this hotel if you don't want to be left stranded in the middle of the night!
