Sold me ex rental car with add on dealership installed. In the end of the day did not tell me that car has only one keyfob ended up paying add on price for anti theft that they installed plus I spent 550 for extra keyfob in different dealership. Make sure car has two keyfob before buying car becouse feyfob is more important than their add'l dealer equipment installed. Lessons learned i will not buy rental car anymore with no maintenance history in carfax and used by many drivers

Here we go.I was hoping to avoid this course of action. I bought a Nissan Rogue from this group back in August. During negotiations, the young guy i was negotiating with wouldn't accept my ACC check from my credit union. I told him that I would take my business elsewhere. He froze in his tracks, started to stammer, then brought in the sales manager Rafael. He takes a rather long and convoluted route in approving me for the car. We finish negotiations, I get the key and notice that 3 floor mats are missing. This was Sept. 10th.Here's where they get the negative review.Rafael tells me after 2 weeks he'll "look into it". This was on Sept. 23rd.I send out 2 more messages on Oct. 4th and Oct.10th. He responded that they are approved and will be sent out ASAP.3 more messages later and he then tells me that they wouldn't be on site. I've been really patient up to this point. He then tells me that the mats have been ordered and service will reach out once they have them. Here i am, 2 weeks later still waiting on what i was promised. I bought the car in September, still no floor mats and is almost December. In short, don't deal with STG Auto Group of Garden Grove. Rafael talks a good game, but can't play it. My next move is to notify their directors of their poor salesmanship.

I wish there was a way to post negative stars. We saw a car and went to see it on Friday night 11/17 (around 4:00 p.m.). After talking to the sales rep #1 outside who sent us a photo beforehand, then talking to his manager, rep #2, we made and offer and they accepted. We explained that we had to be somewhere at 6:30 p.m. which he replied the acceptance would be good through Saturday. We all Shook Hands on It! We showed up the next morning around 11 a.m. and to our surprise, we were informed the first rep #1 was being used elsewhere. His manager ( rep #2 Jorge) was also not available, so we are now talked to rep #3. We shared our Friday night discussion and offer acceptance. We then taken into the office but low and behold, when we started the discussion, with this new rep # 3, the handshake was Krap, the acceptance was Krap. I started to become angry at the bait & switch, and asked why they were not honoring their deal. The Sales Manager, Milad Ghandor, came in and told me to keep my voice down. He told me "his staff did not make any such offer. And they weren't allowed to do that." You can imagine my reaction. I continued to ask why there were lying to us. His staff did accept the offer and there were several staff and my family standing right there to hear it. He repeated again and again that the offer was never accepted. Now I see clearly that rep #1 and rep #2 are walking just outside the office and I said let's bring them in ask them what they agreed to. Ghandor refused. Ghandor again, for all intensive purposes called me a liar, refused to take responsibility for his staff's acceptance of an offer (a verbal contract), and then pointed out that above the price posted there would have been a number of "add-ons" - Mark-Ups totaling several thousand more dollars. In summary: LIARS LIARS LIARS. NEGOTIATING IN BAD FAITH. HORRIBLE BUSINESS. BAD REPUTATION ALREADY NOTED ON YELP. HIDDEN MARKUPS. LIARS LIARS LIARS. S T G has a horrible reputation for forcing Add-Ons without customer knowledge. If you are ever looking for a used car, NEVER NEVER NEVER VISIT THESE SHYSTERS!!!! Yes - I am filing a complaint with the State and the City.

My husband and I had an excellent experience at this dealership! The Sales Associate Alex and his manager George were friendly, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to make sure we got into the car of our dreams. They made sure we were comfortable through the entire process and at no point made us feel uncomfortable or pressured to make a purchase. I highly appreciate the amazing customer service and professionalism we received throughout our shopping experience. I have to give it up to Alex, for being so patient with my husband and maintaining communication throughout almost 2 months!!!! I can’t thank you enough Alex & George, you were truly a pleasure to work with!

Overall, everyone who helped me with my car purchase was kind and knowledgeable. Joshua and Alex were quick to allow a test drive, open to fielding questions, and patient in negotiations. I also spoke with George, who helped me understand more of my options. One thing I will point out is though the vehicles are priced very reasonably and are in good condition (at least in my case), the dealer performs $3,985 in modifications (tint, door edge trim, and a theft tracking system) as soon as the vehicle is placed on the lot. They didn’t hide this from me, but it still caught me off guard. I would keep this in mind if you are buying from STG as you may end up paying taxes, fees and $3,985 for these additional modifications.

Purchased a used vehicle from STG Garden Grove. Experience was 10x better than dealing with some of the larger dealerships (cough cough Jeep San Diego). Sean and Armando weren't pushy or aggressive when coming to a trade-in agreement. Would give 5/5 if communications were better when I had some questions following day... but ultimately was taken care of.

Kevin O and his manager Jorge are the best I’ve ever worked with! They found me exactly what I wanted in a short amount of time. The process was easy and quick. They didn’t try to push me into something I didn’t want or a price range I couldn’t afford like other dealerships. Truly the best!

I have been very hesitant getting back into a car payment. I have been looking around for almost a year for the right fit. I looked online for two cars I loved. Armando was the first one to greet myself and mother in law and we felt very comfortable off bat. He was honest and transparent throughout the whole process and worked with what I was looking for and my monthly payment. I honestly think I got something better than I originally planned and am really happy about the car I chose. Thanks again I will definitely recommend him to anyone looking in the future.
