It was hectic inside the store. They still greeted us when we walked in the door. It only took a few moments before someone came to help. I got in and got out without a hassle. All of my questions were answered.

Thank you so much Tien Nguyen for the wonderful service! he made sure to explain the deals, explain the pricing, and making sure I was happy with my device!10/10 would highly recommend going to this store and speaking with him before doing an upgrade or trade-in!

They did promised me a hundred times calling the corporation to tell them applying the promotion credit for my account, but they didn't anything. They were very bad service and they didn't reliable for helping the customer. Don't waste your time to go there for open new phone

I came here 2 days before coming back to finally getting it resolved with the SOS that kept making my phone not work. The first time it took maybe an hour and I left with my phone still in "activating" e-sim and it ended up not working fully, I was only able to call 611 later on when I got home to have them "fix" my phone. It did get fixed but only for the rest of the night until the next day around 3pm I got the SOS again and was only able to text when on Wi-Fi. I came back and was helped by THUY and a guy I think Noah was his name (sorry) seemed to actually did the right steps to fixing my actual problem. The first day I came here the girl just seemed to repeating the steps over and over and over I really had wish she would've brought another fellow employee to come by and look at it instead of repeating the same thing. Hopefully it won't go SOS again and I won't be back, Thankyou to the 2 employees that helped !

I would avoid working with Jay if you come here. He is unprofessional and aggressive when you ask him to address giving false information he provides. Completely two faced. Came in to enquirer about applying for ACP for my mother on our WiFi plan that we currently have with T-Mobile. He told us if she is applying for ACP to sign up for a new plan under her name with him and cancel the old plan(under my name). We signed up for a new account using my mothers name. His coworker agreed that his mother also has ACP and assured us we can get it when we call T mobile he wrote down a number to call and a pin to reference. They lied. After signing up for a new account with Jay I went home installed it and called T-mobile to cancel my old account and they informed me that I didn't need to sign up for a new account I could have just added my Mother to the current account. But what's done was done. I then called to apply for the program and the rep said T-mobile does not offer the program but their sister company metro by t-mobile does. So we did all that for nothing. We went back to Jay to ask why the T-Mobile rep says they do not offer the program and asked him how to sign up like his mother did and he became defensive and his attitude changed. He says he never claimed t mobile offers this and if the rep says they don't then they don't. He started speaking louder louder repeating "what do you want me to do about it?" "I told you if you want you can cancel in 14 days"(he did not) "I'm not the one who helped you I only process it" and placed blame on his coworker. He even called his coworker but cut him off before he could get two words in and hung up making a big scene in the whole store. Everyone was staring. When he couldn't explain why he gave us false info he went onto say his area doesn't get T-mobile so he uses Spectrum internet and they have ACP. When I asked him why he was even mentioning spectrum when he is working in a T-mobile store he went off saying "OMG OMG what do you want me to do?" What he should have done was be honest from the beginning. Have some tact and be professional. Don't become irate because somebody calls you out for giving false information. What a waste of time.

It has to be the dumbest of people that work here. I lost my phone and came in to buy a replacement phone. The replacement does not come with a sim slot but instead uses an esim. I clearly told them my phone was stolen and they kept telling me to pair my new phone with the old phone to set up the new phone. Why on earth do I need to pay for a new phone if I still had the previous phone to pair with.

Before I went to this store, I got an answer that I can't unclock my phone from T-Mobile Bolsa location because it is not paid off. After that, I just randomly went to T-Mobile store which is located next to Hoa Binh market, and I didn't expect that I can unclock my phone. Fortunately, I met Tien, he delivered GREAT customer service, he is very kind, and caring his customer a lot. He told me that how to call 611, and explain to me how to talk with them to unclock my phone even though my device is not paid off. I am very satisfied with his customer service. I definitely come back to ask him next time. =]]
