Everyone goes to Target for the ease of getting what you want in a flash. I visited this weekend but due to the Hurricane Hilary warning everyone and their mom were shopping for water and necessities. I ended up leaving since the lines were super long and they seemed to be short staffed. It was clean and organized though.
