We've been purchasing supplies from this establishment for over 14 years for our company iclean commercial janitorial services. Every time my boss visits this location he's always had the pleasure of being taken care of by the owner. He provides amazing customer service and is very professional we highly recommend this facility for all your janitorial supply needs!

Manager had scheduled to have a machine I bought with him to be fixed, dropped it off first thing said to come back in an hour. Came back 2 hours later, machine is broken, saying it was like that when I brought it. Not true, I bought a warranty for the machine and manger is denying that I did so but I have the receipt showing the machine was $2800 got an extra wand $200 and $400 for the warranty. Manager is claiming I was never charged the $400, when clearly I was since I paid $3400. Bad business owner, raising his voice and speaking over when we were questioning after two hours the machine was never looked at.
