“Picked up vehicle July 4th, 2024. Now it’s October 2, 2024 and we still haven’t received our license plate when they said we will receive it within 30 days. License plate expired September 2024. I am not even angry, I am just sad that people do this, what did I ever do to them for them to ignore my requests to take care of my license plate?
12/17/2024: It sounds like they were a victim of fraud relating to vehicle titles. It just should have been communicated early and be honest about it. Kam the owner took care of my registration at the dmv and paid for it for the entire year. Thank you!”
“I had a great experience purchasing my Lexus IS 350 F Sport from Vision Motors. They allowed me to have the car independently inspected, and when a few things came up, they stepped up and took care of them—replacing all four tires and brakes and addressing the codes before finalizing the sale.
They also worked with me on the price and made things right when there was a misunderstanding with the original numbers. I’m currently in Australia, so buying a car remotely from the other side of the world could have easily been stressful, but they made the process smooth and followed through on what they promised.
Overall, I’m very happy with my purchase and really appreciate the effort the team put into making sure I was taken care of. I’d definitely recommend Vision Motors.”
