“My appt was at 9:45. I pulled in at 9:35. There was one car in front of me that was taken away by 9:41. I was approached by three different service members (who were all very nice and professional) that asked me if I had been helped and what time my appt was for. At about 9:53 they finally got to me. The recall service was going to take 4-5 hours because an adhesive needed to dry. So I was happy that they explained that to me. Once my car was ready, I received a long list of “services” my car needed. Which was odd because some of the services had just been done. All my fluids were good and topped off. I declined the services because the fed were astronomical. Overall the staff was very friendly and informative. Fine tune your service, that would be my only recommendation. Thank you”

They are reasonably priced & the saying goes “you get what you pay for” & if you just want cheap then go somewhere else. If you want excellency & realism & good work bring your car there! I’ve been here a few times & not once have I been disappointed. They work quickly & Pete & Harry are as honest as they come. You won’t be disappointed. You may have to drop off your car for a few hours, expect that at least but, nonetheless you are going to walk away an extremely satisfied customer. Honest mechanic are hard to come by these days. “Had an issue with my Tacoma from take off (vibration noise), and gave them a call. Manager (Armando) said he’d take a look at it and do an inspection to see if there’s anything they could do on their end. There wasn’t, but they discovered some possible issues and went out of their way to describe them on the invoice. They charged me NOTHING. I would for sure do business with them again!”

“Had a front bumper with a part missing that exposed a hole in the front of my car that needed replaced. The car itself worked fine but over time it was clear it was going to structurally come more and more loose so it needed repaired. It was a 2019 Camry and after getting some quotes near where I live (west side LA/pasadena)— I reached out to them being a fellow Korean and wanting to support— and drove all the way down to garden grove because even after interviewing everyone else— I felt like I could trust them the most.
They did an awesome job and completed it all at a fair and reasonable price (especially compared to all competitors closer to DTLA/westside) and most of all— with incredible turnaround speed. Communication was super fast, clear, direct, and concise and language barrier is not an issue at all. Even if you’re not Korean or near the area— if you don’t wanna get ripped off or just want an honest, direct experience— would highly recommend you work with them.
Special note too— I dropped my car off to get fixed over the holidays right before I flew out of town to visit family. They called within just 3 days of leaving town that the car was already done, and at the time I was scheduled to arrive back within a few days and we scheduled on picking the car back up then— but then the LA wildfires happened + a number of personal things in my life and so I wouldn’t be returning for another week or so and they were understanding and held onto my car as long as they reasonably could. I ended up having to stay with my family longer than anticipated and so we were able to arrange having a friend pick up my car on my behalf and they were super easy to work with and coordinate all that too.
Overall— 10/10 experience. Effective. To the point. Job done well. Attentive and considerate— And all at a fair price. I was just a fellow Korean looking to support and get some good work done and in the process found a real gem and some very honest, good-working guys. Would recommend anytime and will be going to them for any more issues in the future.”
