I closed my P O Box 4 weeks ago!I still haven’t received any mail and I wasn’t reimbursed and also they CLOSED my account and I haven’t been able to pick up mail at my the P O box. Nor I get mail at my HOME!What a nightmare!!!!They don’t what they r doing!Very incompetent PEOPLE! To put it mildly!!

I went with a package to go to Colorado and to buy stamps. The line was long and well worth it. Stephanie R. was very nice and helpful she told me Express and how my package would arrive the next day by 6pm. Definitely going again!

We have gotten great service over the years from this post office. Everything from one of the managers personally helping us with the self service kiosk, to the passport officer being super helpful and supportive to me and my daughter, the staff that work at the counters have always been amazing. yesterday on of the men there went above and beyond in service. Yesterday my mother dropped off some mail and when she did so she dropped a $20 bill. The agent say this and was not able to catch her, but did get her address off of the envelope she mailed and dropped the money off on his way home. I greatly appreciate the level of assisstance that we get here and the genuine integrity of the staff is amazing.

Asian Guy working behind counter was rude and not helpful. Made a big deal about why I didn't tape my box and then drops it in his cart all aggressively like his job is that hard.

I don’t know the mailman’s name so I’ll describe him. Younger (20s to early 30s), tall, thin, black and always blasting music. Has the Lampson route between West and Buaro. He’s lazy, irresponsible and doesn’t follow delivery instructions so I’ve had many close calls with packages being stolen. He also likes to place heavy objects where they can fall. They are so exposed with no attempt to hide them on a busy street. It doesn’t take much effort (another mailman we occasionally get who is Asian, 40s, shorter and wears a white visor always delivers to our doorstep) but somehow this one could care less if our mail is stolen. Maybe one day they’ll penalize mail people for stolen or damaged deliveries.

Kumar gave the BEST customer service!! He was friendly, helpful, informative and really helped us out with my daughter's passport . We really appreciated his kindness, especially in this day in age where rude and bad behavior seems to be the norm. Thank you, Kumar!

One of the worst customer service experiences I've ever had. I arrived to pick my keys up after my new mailbox was installed in my community, and found that they didn't work. They told me to work with my HOA management to get this corrected, but it was obvious after talking with my HOA and knowing that I picked up my keys at the USPS office that the USPS was responsible for making sure the keys worked. They didn't help me at all with having the locks changed. Fast forward and now I'm out $90 hiring my own locksmith and wasted hours of my time.

The lobby was closed at 8 pm on a weeknight. You can't even drop off a letter or package after hours. There is no mailbox outside of the lobby.

Since USPS doesn't bother mentioning what the overnight (priority express) mail deadline is anywhere on their site and yelpers never mention it in reviews or take pics of the sign that says the deadline, I am going to tell everyone. The overnight mail deadline at this location is 4:00pm.Note: For those that don't know the overnight mail deadline is different at each location. The only post office I know with a deadline past 4:00pm is the USPS post office location in Santa Ana on West Sunflower Ave. That locations overnight mail deadline is 4:35pm.
