This place is really helpful. Just moved in the area and had to get my mail key and they re-keyed it within a couple days. They called me and I took 30 seconds talked to someone and got the new keys.

Waiting too long for passport. The whole morning 4 hours to process 2 applicants. Slow workers. Waste government funding. Do not come here for passport.

Mailman on Trask and Woodbury either doesn't sort the main for the arena he's at I'm waiting for my debit card that was mailed out the 24th didn't get it .. ordered a new one should be here 9th -10th or maybe this coming Monday it'll be here if it isn't I'll have to have fun coming too then post office and seeing if I have any undelivered mail. ? Yippy.

I came today to renew my Passport. Robert helped me in getting the correct forms to fill out, as well as explained the steps that are needed. He then got Kumar (Passport expert) to further assist me. Despite not having an appt, Kumar made the time to help me. He took my passport photo as well as helped me with filling out the form, collected my old passport book & card, double checked everything, made copies of my old passport for my records, collected my pymt & helped with getting it sent out with Expedited Priority Mail. The value matched the service. Everyone else here was friendly & patient as well. Kumar & Robert were the stars today! HUGE thank you to them both! I highly recommend this particular Post Office!!

This post office has always been 5 Stars !!!!It has been a clean place and often staffed with bright people friendly an efficient,Lobby that is open during close office hours ,I send more than 10 packages a week and they have never lost any package in these 3 years.They are always busy but many of clients would benefit the process if they had the packages and their labels ready.I feel very grateful for the work these people do for us,Thanks Guys!!!

I grew up here in Garden Grove Ca. This post office has always been fantastic until this over population came in. Thank you to the counter people who do their best to take care of all these peoples needs. Be thankful

The mailman who services my area in Garden Grove is the rudest man I have ever met. I live on Medina Drive and this mailman opened up an envelope that was left at my neighbor's mailbox by an investigator on my behalf and brought it back it back to my mailbox! Oh but he won't pick up any of my "Return to Sender" envelopes when I leave them out. He just crosses out my note and puts it right back in my mailbox. I have tried numerous times to put in a complaint online but there always seems to be an error when I try to upload the videos of all the stuff he does. He also loves throwing my packages on my doorstep as if they were softballs. I wish they would just move him away from this area.

I sent out a package on 8.14.23 with a tracking number to Lyons, CO bcuz I need to receive something back from the place. It has been 2 weeks, the place even called me up couple times to follow up with me if I sent the prepaid package for them so they can send my item back. I said I did, but they haven't received anything yet. So I called USPS customer service to follow up with the tracking number. Crystal said there is no tracking number available. She suggested me to go back the USPS where I went to send my package. I came back today, and the supervisor said it such a bummer they should have provide a different tracking number for them to follow up, but bcuz I paid the regular or cheapest way, therefore, I need to pay again to send another package to Lyons. He even said who knows whether Lyons received it or not, then why would they call me up and follow up with me if I sent them the package or not. The supervisor said it's not his problem, if I dont pay again then he cannot do anything about it. Bad customer service, blaming for other faults and not really helping customer. I already paid for the package, with the tracking number. They lost and my package and did not update on their system, then why is it my fault and I need to pay again?

I closed my P O Box 4 weeks ago!I still haven’t received any mail and I wasn’t reimbursed and also they CLOSED my account and I haven’t been able to pick up mail at my the P O box. Nor I get mail at my HOME!What a nightmare!!!!They don’t what they r doing!Very incompetent PEOPLE! To put it mildly!!

I went with a package to go to Colorado and to buy stamps. The line was long and well worth it. Stephanie R. was very nice and helpful she told me Express and how my package would arrive the next day by 6pm. Definitely going again!
