I wasted my whole lunch hour to not get a vaccine I had an appoint for. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 11 o'clock appointment. They only have one line, so vaccine appointments are mixed in with prescription pickups. There was one woman ahead of me standing at that counter. She did not even get spoken to until 11:05! When I finally got spoken to, at 11:10, I was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes to get the shot. My lunch hour was over, so I had to leave without it. The fault was not the woman at the counter. She was working hard. The fault was not enough people plus--if you make appointments, handle them separately from general pickups!!!

Casey the lady work at the photo area very very rule . We try to get her attention she didn't said hi or nothing ,yelling at me I have to wait . Never come back here .working with that attitude ...

If you need to come to this Walgreens, be ready to get into a yelling match with the early morning cashier. Literally told me "I'll knock you the fuck out if you ever call me that again". I only said to him/her "Thank you mam" after he/she yelled at me "Thank you sir". Other than paying for my stuff, nothing else happened. He/she just snapped.

Sorry to leave a bad review word of advice. If you have a weak bladder and you are waiting drive thru. I DON'T SUGGEST IT!!! I was waiting 45minutes! PLEASE DO BETTER WALGREEN'S PHARMACY!

I have been waiting for my medication for 2 weeks now. Every time I call I get told it's an insurance issue yet when I call my insurance they say everything is in good standing. It has been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my nausea medication. This is ridiculous. I'm pregnant and shouldn't have to wait two damn weeks to get the medicine I need. This pharmacy used to be so quick and efficient. They don't even call to resolve issues I've had to call numerous times. Extremely disappointing.

They lost my photos period they lost my fucking photos. I have waited six months and they decided to forget about my photos a day after it was supposed to be picked up. I am furious I have been through so much frustration trying to get these photos with loving memories of my dead grandmother.I will now not have any photos of my grandmother or because of the garden grove, Walgreens And they decided what will ease. My pain is 20 points on my Walgreens account. I tried asking for another camera to ease my pain! But they decided to give me a 10% discount and expect me to buy my own camera after they lost the photos of my dead grandmotherThis is outrageous I demand this Walgreens be closed or have new employment do not go here if you want your photos to be developed. RIP grandma. Sorry they lost your photos. GMA

I've been a customer here for long time. Idon't know why now they changed to all Vietnamese staff in pharmacy. They are not efficient at all. Today, I came for pick up my med, and the girl technician don't even know what pepto bismol is which was prescribe together with 3 meds ( i need to drink it together) , they let me pick up 3 meds and and said the pepto bismol is not over the counter med, ask me to call the doctor to change med. I had to call back and forth my doctor to confirm turn out not true. Had to come back to tell them , so waste of time and annoying. Moreover, what the most annoyed thing is The girl tech 's attitude. She was unfriendly the whole time while doing not correct work. So pathetic.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars I would. You are guaranteed to wait at least 20 minutes to pick up a prescription whether you do drive up (which you can't hear the person on the other end) or walk up. I have waited over twenty minutes to get a prescription only to be told the pharmacist is on break and that I need to wait another 10 minutes for them to get back when their posted pharmacy closed hours are no where near this time. Not only that but they make it near impossible to change your prescriptions to another pharmacy. I can't rate the store itself but don't go to this pharmacy.

You use their app to scan prescriptions and I'm told they go through and when I can pick up. I go to pick up and pharmacy tech shows nothing was ordered. WTH?!?! Constant calls at early morning hours.Calls for pills that we don't need refills on One person seems to be working drive thru and front register and filling up prescriptions.One woman talks over the speaker which is really low and outdated and can't hear her and she gets mad when she's talking low and the speaker system is old and all I can hear is traffic. Just a lot needs to change with Walgreens

I keep saying I'm gonna move my prescriptions. Well today is that day! Waited in drive thru line for 37 minutes with only a few cars ahead of me. I got to the window no one there, waited a few minutes, pushed the button for assistance, waited a few more minutes tell a lady came up and said someone will be with you in just a minute, waited several more minutes for the same lady to come back again and say someone will be right with you. Several minute's later I finally got some service. The lady didn't seem to know what she was doing, that or the register was malfunctioning. After another long delay, I finally got my one simple prescription! The only convenience of this pharmacy is there open 24 hours. That's the only thing good I can say about this Walgreens! CVS here I come!

Pharmacy is insanely slow, like to the point of near uselessness. I would have rated lower but yelp requires at least one star. Stay away. There are plenty of pharmacies that actually value your business.

Ever since Walgreens fired all their staff and downsized a couple years ago service has been terrible. Dr calls in a prescription at 4pm. Not ready at 8:30pm. Call to check and get hung up on 3 times after being on hold several minutes each time. I'm sure the techs are doing their best but this company is seriously understaffed now. All for more money to the CEO.

Would have given 0 stars but there was no option I googled this location and it states that they are open 24hours I tried to call but no answer so I drove over there and there were signs stating it was closed no times of when they would reopen were written on the notes they left on the door I called and was on hold for 15min finally someone answered I asked what time the store would open she told me 5:00am right now it is 3:00 am it's such a shame with all this technology you can't update this on your website or even a recording when someone calls to let them know the store will be closed just out of courtesy for your customers

Worse pharmacy around. They question u about a prescription where they have no idea why I'm taking it which is none of their business. Do your job and fill doctors orders for a RX. Quit playing god in deciding if I can get
