If possible, this would be -10 stars. I went inside as the drive-through was very long. My plan was if inside was crowded I would come back another day. There was nobody at the counter, I walked right up feeling confident I'd be out in just a few minutes. SOOOO WRONG!! The young man at the drive-thru was obviously very busy. THREE employees standing to the right TOTALLY ignored me!! After almost 5 minutes, making eye contact with all three, one told me "we'll be right with you". As they continued to stand there talking, I realized they were discussing scheduling!! Ummm, what?!! Why is that more important than a customer/patient??!! After another 5 minutes (during which time they all saw me still standing there), I asked if someone could help me as I had to get to work. The pharmacist told me I could come back later if I was in a hurry!! Umm, WOW! No, I'm on my way to work and I will not be available till Monday or Tuesday. Which means daily phone calls from them reminding me to pick up the prescription. The pharmacist informed me "one of them is on break and we have something to discuss". WOW, again!! Scheduling discussion continued, one person stepped back between the shelves so she couldn't be seen, yet they all continued to discuss who could work, how many would be on shift, etc ..., yes, I was becoming visibly agitated! By this time, there are 3 or 4 people waiting behind me. The "hiding" assistant walked out, the one on break, I'm guessing. The other two ignored me, still. Finally the pharmacist told the other person "just go help her"!! What the ....??!! No apologies, nothing! Unreal!! With what is left of the prescription, now the 90 day refill, I'm looking for another pharmacy! Totally ridiculous!!

Do not do delivery. I've waited over 2 hours now to get my items "delivered".. they changed my order to the next day at 10 a.m. super upset, called 3 times only for employees to keep me on hold each time and hang up on me at the end.

I wasted my whole lunch hour to not get a vaccine I had an appoint for. I arrived 10 minutes early for my 11 o’clock appointment. They only have one line, so vaccine appointments are mixed in with prescription pickups. There was one woman ahead of me standing at that counter. She did not even get spoken to until 11:05! When I finally got spoken to, at 11:10, I was told it would be another 10 to 15 minutes to get the shot. My lunch hour was over, so I had to leave without it. The fault was not the woman at the counter. She was working hard. The fault was not enough people plus—if you make appointments, handle them separately from general pickups!!!

They really can care less for their customers time and service.4 registers, including the drive through, and only one person working them. Knowing there is a line of 3 people waiting.I’ve been here for thirty + minutes for medication that is ready. When I got here I was 3rd in line.

Walgreen drive thru is just ridiculous on picking up prescriptions should have better a service they take about a hour for each car it’s ridiculous the waiting time should have more help on staff and a better process of working the window

The employees at Walgreens in Garden Grove displayed a shocking level of incompetence. Upon my visit to collect my prescription, an unnamed young employee suggested a 15-minute wait. However, upon my return, I endured an hour-long line reminiscent of In-N-Out, only to be greeted by an older female staff member who, frankly, appeared as if she flunked in School-Ten.In a loud and aggressive manner, she declared my prescription unavailable, attributing the issue to my doctor mistakenly sending it to Walgreens in Corona. This situation has left me infuriated. The blatant lack of empathy and time-wasting by the staff is unacceptable.It is imperative that the Department of Pharmacy conducts a thorough investigation into this Walgreens location in Garden Grove. The egregious mishandling of prescriptions and the overall negligence demand swift action. This establishment's blatant disregard for customer satisfaction warrants serious scrutiny, and I strongly advocate for the necessary measures, including potential closure, to rectify these severe shortcomings.

Casey the lady work at the photo area very very rule . We try to get her attention she didn't said hi or nothing ,yelling at me I have to wait . Never come back here .working with that attitude ...

If you need to come to this Walgreens, be ready to get into a yelling match with the early morning cashier. Literally told me "I'll knock you the fuck out if you ever call me that again". I only said to him/her "Thank you mam" after he/she yelled at me "Thank you sir". Other than paying for my stuff, nothing else happened. He/she just snapped.

Sorry to leave a bad review word of advice. If you have a weak bladder and you are waiting drive thru. I DON'T SUGGEST IT!!! I was waiting 45minutes! PLEASE DO BETTER WALGREEN'S PHARMACY!

I have been waiting for my medication for 2 weeks now. Every time I call I get told it's an insurance issue yet when I call my insurance they say everything is in good standing. It has been 2 weeks and I'm still waiting for my nausea medication. This is ridiculous. I'm pregnant and shouldn't have to wait two damn weeks to get the medicine I need. This pharmacy used to be so quick and efficient. They don't even call to resolve issues I've had to call numerous times. Extremely disappointing.

They take FOREVER to fill a prescription!!! I never had this problem with CVS. Only reason why I changed is because of my insurance. UGH!!!! So frustrating. I know I should have more patience because maybe they don' have enough help. But if we don't speak up things will never change. ANOTHER BAD EXPERIENCE!!!!! IM DONE WITH THIS PLACE!!!!!!WORST EVER!!!!!! having ankle surgery my wound opened up and I'm in need of pain medicine! Which happens to be hydrocodone! The doctor prescribed 10 MG The doctor prescribed 10 mg! They LIED!!!! THEY HAVE 5 MG!!!!! AND MY DR HAS NO PROBLEM CHANGING THE DOSAGE!!!!!! HATE THIS PLACE!!!!!!!

They lost my photos period they lost my fucking photos. I have waited six months and they decided to forget about my photos a day after it was supposed to be picked up. I am furious I have been through so much frustration trying to get these photos with loving memories of my dead grandmother. I will now not have any photos of my grandmother or because of the garden grove, Walgreens And they decided what will ease. My pain is 20 points on my Walgreens account. I tried asking for another camera to ease my pain! But they decided to give me a 10% discount and expect me to buy my own camera after they lost the photos of my dead grandmother This is outrageous I demand this Walgreens be closed or have new employment do not go here if you want your photos to be developed. RIP grandma. Sorry they lost your photos. GMA
