I went to the Customer Service line twice last week and received the worst service from two very very rude, lazy and unhappy employees that work in that area; first I had to do a return last week and I did not have my receipt; the lady that was helping me said to me "sorry I can't help you since you don't have a receipt...she said that started last year...you need to always keep your receipt now" I then said to her "even though I paid with my credit card" she then said "O you paid with credit card? I need the card you paid with" I gave her my card and she was like I can do the return that way; she had just shot me down, she did not want to help me. Then yesterday I went to pick up a Western Union, a different lady this time...she said "I need the tracking number" I said "let me call the person to get it" so I step to the side to do it and she was watching me, when I returned back to the line, she coldly left for lunch, knowing that I needed my western Union help and she was the only one that can do it at that time, the guy that was doing the other register said that she said "anyone that need financial help it couldn't be done at that time because he did not do Western Union." Them two employees are definitely not about giving good customer service; both employees brought bad customer service to the table, as though they personally are not happy so they not trying to make customers happy. Give them a message "go do a job that makes you happy."

I was in the store today to purchase several items and was treated so rude! The associate in Cosmetics named Crystal very nasty! Horrible attitude. She needs to take a course in respect that towards others!

This review is for Ruth, she was working at the check out station. She is rude and unkind. The customer ahead of me does not speak in english. She was short 28 cents because she heard 58 cents not 78 cents. Ruth kept screaming at her "78 cents" not "58 cents" multiple times. Yelling does not make anyone comprehend better. She kept yelling at that poor woman to "PUT IT IN MY HANDS" repeatedly. Again, it's very obvious that customer doesn't understand. Ruth grabs the coins and says "IF IT DROPS..." saw me looking and didn't finish the sentence. Why would you put someone as mean as her at the checkout stand?! She needs to be fired, placed in different department, or retrained. She was kind to me and the woman behind me because we spoke in english.RUTH has no business working with customers. Let alone here in Garden Grove. If she prefers english speakers only she can go somewhere else. Ruth wears glasses. Ruth had a hot pink long sleeve today. Retrain or fire her. Before you get a racism lawsuit on your hands. Letting people like that work for you will end your establishment.

Walmart in general is just a horrible company period. This store stands out because the employees there hate being there and it shows. The managers here don't care and it shows. Maybe if Walmart didn't push their customers towards self check out maybe more people would be working and speeding up the lines, it might reduce the amount of homeless that hang out in their parking lot. That Walmart will have one person working with a line of 50 people waiting to pay a bill there or get a money order or return a item and the employee never seems phased by how long the line is, how a disabled person with a cane or breathing attachment is struggling to stand in that line or a mom who took 3 busses to come down to wait in line to get a money order to pay their rent just for the walmart employee to tell them the machine is broke and come back tomorrow. What the fuck!! Companies used to bend over backwards to get you to spend your hard earned money with their company and now you're working for free with scanning your own and bagging your own items and treated like shit despite waiting for 45 mins in a long line to buy a money order or pay your bill with a ridiculous over charge fee. We need to take our power back from such places like Walmart and shop elsewhere. I know I try hard not to go there and have been finding other places to shop with better prices because Walmart sure in the heck aren't trying to give you better pricing.

More staff than customers here today, which makes for a pleasant shopping experience. I get lost seeking my groceries probably because I skip some aisles after reading the signs of what can be found there. My bad because the skipped rows often have my item. The thing is, the employees are kind and helpful, making my dilemma less of one. Today I had some excellent assistance from Danielle, who stopped to help after I flagged her down. The booze is locked up and there is a button to summon assistance. In the 7-10 minutes I waited, nobody's ever came to assist after pushing that button. Either it doesn't work or nobody is monitoring it. Then Ms Emily checked me out and was a peach of a sweetheart. I removed two stars for the poorly managed "push the button" system. And gave the staff an extra star for being cheerful.

Excellent Walmart that has had everything needed so far after moving back to Koreatown in the OC. There's a big parking lot, and this place is very busy so there's room, and we'll defined walkways for safety. Around the corner is our favorite Regal theater and many places for franchise food.Wine and Spirits prices are generally lower than liquor stores or grocery only stores. Got my SD Card, socks, and dairy products here all at good prices.Well recommended, will return.

Hardly any Disney merchandise. Terrible customer service. Skeleton crew on nights. I went there to get socks and a Disney tshirt, the socks were locked up, and no one could help me unlock the case. and no sizes or variation in Walmart march. So many other Walmarts nearby - don't go to this one

This is the worst experience I have ever had at this store. But in actuality, for the past few months that I have shopped online my produce is horribly selected. I had a watermelon I purchased that when I got it home 2 days later white foam was coming out of it as it made a sizzling sound. Now I placed an order and inky canceled my generic substitution for spaghetti sauce. Now why did they go and delete almost my entire order. WTF is wrong with these people. Then I call the store get some kid named Hector in the phone who has only worked there for two days and can't answer my question. Ugh the frustration of this store. Now I'm sitting on the phone for ten minutes still waiting for a manager. For what? How can they help me? How are they going to help me. It is not the first or the last.

If I could give zero stars, I would.Order # 2000107-78942840I ordered a Playstation 5 from Walmart.com. The order was fulfilled from this store (4171) and the driver instead delivered three boxes of Dial Soap. Obviously, their drivers open up packages and steal any high-value items. The package that was delivered wasn't even addressed to me!After going around and around with Walmart.com customer service, they agreed to start a return, so I took the boxes of soap into the store and the shipping manager (Jennifer) said she would start a ticket and get back to me that day about the refund. (She has never contacted me.)I never got my refund so I filed a dispute with my credit card company. Walmart has since lied to the cc company, saying that they correctly delivered the PS5, so now I have to jump through a bunch of hoops just to get my money back. I will never do business with this store or Walmart.com again.

They do not have curbside staffed properly. Several cars just sitting there. We give them the spot when we check in but they would constantly go up to the wrong car. Nothing worse than thinking it's your turn after waiting a long time already.

Wow, first time today I got to experience racism from a Caucasian Walmart associate and her likeminded Caucasian male and female customers. Beware Asians out there. Possible hate crime due to race could occur here so maybe find a different Walmart to shop next time. That's why I mostly purchase things online to avoid nasty lowlife people like them. I was going errands around the area so I decided to physically walk in the store to do a simple one-item online return. I prefilled the return ahead of time online and got the return barcode ready to be scanned, handed back the unopened item and to complete...It wasn't that simple though. While I was waiting in line, this Caucasian associate with loud mouth, obnoxious demeanor/tone/attitude was refusing returns left and right and telling customers that the store return policies are different and that those customers should try the other Walmart on Beach Blvd in Westminster because they have different return policies. Really??? Then she even said if anyone asked why she send those people there, tell them code 02...so it would sound like they know the system and work for Walmart. Then she proceeded to chit chat with a customer for like 15 minute not processing anything...Then finally it was my turn so I handed her the prepared ahead of time return barcode. She started saying she didn't think my item was from online and didn't care about the return bar code. It was a gallon of unopened paint that I just bought online. She demanded to know why I wanted to return, she said, "...was it because of the color, was it because of...........". I told her it was unopened. She said she know it was unopened, but I had to tell her why I wanted to return it. I told her I simple did not want it anymore. She said that reason is not good return reason, that the store can deny any returns they want, that she did not like my reason so she denied it and I can do whatever I want by sending back to online. I asked to speak to a store manager and she claimed that she was the store manager. I looked at the wall picture display showing the store manager is named Edgar. She said he was not there and she was the manager. She first said her name was "Serene" unsure of spelling...I didn't see a name tag on her so I asked her about it and she said she had it in the backroom. I asked her the 2nd time for her name and spelling and then she changed and spelled it as Suike". Note that Serene and Suike are totally two different names and no name tag or position title...shady enough? Someone else finally came and it was a male team leader who processed the return for me finally. I explained what happened and asked for any type of formal feedback form which I was told there was none. Some Caucasian female started cursing and calling me B left and right on top of her lungs when she heard me said this and she went totally Karen on me and she was making a scene. I didn't want to go down to her level so I left the return area and went to the back to find the store manager. Apparently no store manager was available...So there you have it, a simple return turned into a racist experience at this Walmart store. Beware when you come here and shop. I'm sure normal non-Caucasian people like me wouldn't want to see any he/she Karen out there in action. It's really nasty and no one needs to deal with a Karen's rage.

The Walmart on Gilbert and Chapman has so many thing wrong with it. The parking lot is covered with shopping carts with no shopping carts in side. None. The shopping carts on the outside by the doors has theirs wheels lock up. Last week Walmart was out of grocery bags. A week before that one of the girls was telling customers including me that customers serves was going to be closing early because a worker had to go home early. So I asked the customer service how much longer they will be open they told me till the store closes. I also had to see 2 Walmart employees touching feelings in the makeup area. There is 4 to 7 employees are having an inside discussion, disagreement or just having fun so much they'll even stop helping a customer. Its goes on around the whole store. At check out a light can be flashing the helper still walks away. Enless they are serious flagged down. Sad to add this, they usually have to go get help. I will not be going there anymore.

I really want to leave o star for customer service.Soo bad . A lady was yelling at me while I was doing check out at self check. The self check with the light on , and the f****** lady told me it is closed, but it is not to me because the light still on. They should turn off the light if they don't want customer enter there . I was so mad. She was really Rude .....
