I was truly amazed by their exceptional service! I went to this location to open my checking account and Yunjin Choi was the one who helped me with it. She was very professional, knowledgeable and efficient in her work and really showed great patience in answering all of my questions. She is an absolute asset to this branch. GREAT WORK! THANK YOU!!

With Woori Bank entering Source Mall, it has become much more convenient. The facilities are pleasant, and the staff is friendly, which is great. You don't have to wait long, and the efficient handling of tasks is helpful.

The worst worst bank in oc. Never concentrated to customer!! Never answer for question!! I never ever understand them. Can you imagine not to answer even if i asked to her and him 4 times? They were just doing something and talking each other in front of me. I've never seen such stupid employees in bank. No one do that like them. Its waste time to talk about them. I closed my account today and withdrew all my money. Will never come back!!!

This is a compliant regarding the Torrance, CA office. 8-18-22 I asked to exchange a $20 for smaller bills. I was refused because I do not have an account with them. Instead of taking an opportunity to add me as a customer they refused my request. I asked for a business card and the corporate office number and I was told I can only talk to them. Unfortunately they are correct, they have a corporate email line however, you cannot add comments. I believe that because I am not of Korean descent, I was denied service and the opportunity of becoming a customer. I have added my review and and to the FDIC and BBB.

I had several issues with my checking account and it has been like that for almost nine months and Banker named "You-me' helped me the most on resolving the problems and put my account back to normal. She listened to what I said closely and tackled the issues one at a time. Thanks for the help. If you have issue talk to her.

Horrible horrible experience. Last year I had asked to close my account but the managet not let me close . She told me keep open help them make business. They not going to charge me anything. Today I got letter says I have to pay $10 for account manage fee. I told the manager and staff they said I have to pay because the old manager no more working at the bank. I was very upset. What kind of customer service is that. That's why no customer want to use your bank. Please close your bank don't laying your customers.
