Sad to say, today was my last time patronizing this establishment.
Have been a customer off and on, (had done moves from and returns to the area), for almost a decade. And in a prior Yelp review I praised their customer service. A true example of how bad management can change a culture.
A fall from grace. They used to be so wonderful, now can't be bothered to assist customers. Uneducated in equine feed, uninformed about the products they sell and uninterested in being better.
Will sell you a grain based sweet feed when you ask for alfalfa meal. And management will argue with you instead of listen to feedback

Horrible customer service. I tried to return a tool I bought the day before, I didn't even use it. They wouldn't let me return it because it was my fault I bought the wrong tool. I was just trying to get the one I needed instead.

Wow, this is an amazing team!! We've rented equipment from them and the process and support have been outstanding. They've been flexible on delivery and pickup times, educational in how to use equipment, and call the next day to return our deposit. We also purchased supplies and the staff was happy to chat about our needs, what was best to use, and ways to save money. We'll be back, thank you!!

We come here to get hay, and live stock food, and baby chicks and bird seed. Clean store with helpful staff. They have propane, chick start, hummingbird feeders, oyster shell, home decor and lots of hardware store type things like electrical and plumbing, gardening tools and other tools and materials. We've always had good luck with the chicks we buy here. They are well taken care of and good stock.

I don't go here unless I absolutely have to. Their prices are highway robbery on the community and they are so rude behind the counter. Both the ladies that works the registers are absolutely rude.

Perfect sm. town hardware store. Great selection from farm animal feed to everything else you would expect in a metropolitan hardware store plus a few surprises.Bought some great local dog treats containing hemp.
