Even during rush hours the coffee is hot, the beer is cold and the line moves quickly.

On the 5th or 6th of January around 6:00 PM. I was on the phone with a friend who entered this location. He purchased 6 bottles of juice, 2 steak and cheese taquitos and some lottery tickets. He wanted to make sure that the two steak and cheese taquitos was what he had asked for? He only wanted to make sure because he didn't want to return it after he touched it. The cashier yelled at him for no apparent reason. It made me uncomfortable because he did nothing wrong. He said that he will never come back into this location. I live in Oakland California but I come out to Los Angeles often. He also frequents this location which means I would be coming in here as well. After hearing her yell at him I will not come into this location. The cashier really needs to watch how she treats people because she will never know who is watching or listening. He just so happened to be on the phone with a yelp Reviewer. He did not know that I was a Reviewer until I told him that I was going to Yelp this location because the cashier was out of line and very disrespectful.

A great spot to get what you need really quick. Cashier are usually fast and no nonsense chatter either. Love it. Be careful and avoid the weirdos that hangout in front at night though.

I put my phone no for 7 11 rewards and the lady was charging me $3 for 2 big gulps. The LG big gulps are .79 each when I told her it bothered her. I am never going back to that 711.

This place is clean, coffee is not the best but Customer service is bad. The lady who is there is unfriendly. No manners to be working with people. Customer service should be important in any business. Can You at least say good morning? Or give change back with a good attitude? Is it too hard to say thank you? or at least a smile. Oh well
