I arrived with a coupon for 15 on the purchase of 75. Milwaukee helped me in the restricted area and the security later changed him for a very intelligent young man. Attentive and helpful. And he was even able to help me with another purchase. Further.

Nice store. The check out girl needs retraining! Very unfriendly. Not professional at all. Hard to believe she can do so much with the length of her nails. Also Get Rid of the GUM!

So I roll into Ace Hardware 'cause the website said they had this mask I needed. Yeah, it was cheaper at Home Depot, but hey, Ace was closer and I’m lazy. I get there, and the cashier’s got no clue, right? So she’s like, "Hold on, I’ll ask someone on the headset." Isle 7, she says. Alright, cool. I head over there, and guess what? No mask. Not a single one.
So I find this bald, fat guy, probably the manager or something, and I’m like, “Hey man, you know where the masks are?” And this dude, he just shrugs. Like, just shrugs his shoulders like I asked him for the meaning of life or something. Thanks for the stellar service, buddy. Really feeling the Ace “helpful hardware folks” vibe here. Next time, I’ll just drive the extra miles to Home Depot and save some cash.

Easy to find stuff only issue is the employee who may be the manager (Hispanic bald guy in his 30’s) has attitude and won’t help anyone because he’s lazy everyone else has great customer service skills except for that one employee
