I recently upgraded two cell phones, changed my internet provider and modified the payment method (auto pay) with a promotional incentive to obtain a free Samsung tablet with a data line attached to it. I qualified and purchased the promotional item and service. I was told the phones and promotional item were not available at time of purchase, therefore, requested the items be shipped to the store. When I arrived at the store on the initial delivery date the phones had arrives, but the tablet had not. I was informed it would be another two to three weeks. This past weekend (2/25) I arrived at the AT&T store to clarify confusing items on my bill (per store sales rep - a line for an apple watch I didn't purchase, a new line for the promotional tablet, insurance billed twice, and misc fee), aa well as to pick up my tablet. When I asked about my tablet, the sales rep told me the regional manager came by a few days prior, and said since we didn't pick it up before the promotion ended, they had sent it back. This was both confusing and upsetting considering I already paying for the line activation and other fees attached to the tablet, and enrolled in programs I normally would not in order to qualify for this tablet. The promotional items were a catalyst for upgrading two phones, a change in internet service and payment method. Now I'm paying for something I didn't purchase, and device and line I did, but will not receive. I don't want my money back. Like AT&T, I want the agreement honored. Unlike AT&T, I cannot renege on our agreement without paying the total cost of the contract (two phones and two lines for two yrs). It appears to be a classic bait and switch. I hope the promotional incentive I purchased will be honored but judging by the rest of the comments here hoping for anything resembling honoring agreements, and providing conscientious customer service, is out of the question.

Don't come to this att store. Been here a couple times and both times my time was wasted. Workers won't help unless you trying to buy something from them. Buncha lazy bums work here.

Came in this location to turn in my old iPhone as part of the trade-in promotion for the iPhone 15. The process was simple but then I asked her while I was in there if she could pair my watch, which I've had for 2 years, to my new phone. The process took a little longer than I expected and I had to get on the phone with a representative which was odd to me because all I was doing was pairing my watch so that I can receive notifications on there as I always did. A month later I received a bill with "WATCH LINE" charged with $93 which included Apple Care that I also didnt consent to, in addition to the previous watch line that I already paid $15 for each month. I called to cancel it and they told me I needed to go to the store to get some kind of proof from a manager that I did it so the manager was kind enough to make a note for me. She is the reason I gave 2 stars and not 1. I later called customer service and they credited my money back but just beware when asking to pair your watch with your new phone and make sure they know its an existing watch. All I asked was for her to pair it to my new phone, not to add a new line but maybe I should've been more specific.

I’m here from out of town & my phone suddenly stopped working! Feeling very stressed out, I found this store location & was helped out so quickly! I explained what had happened & Stephen knew immediately what was wrong & what to do & fixed my phone! He explained what to do if this situation ever happens again. He was so friendly, funny, & knowledgeable & I left so happy! Thank you Stephen, you made my day! :)

My experience at the Gardena AT&T was nothing short of amazing as it is every time I visit the customer service is top tier. My questions are always answered and my needs are met. This particular visit Arrianna Ruiz helped me out a lot I’m not very tech savvy so to have her be so patient and kind was refreshing.

Horrible woman working there. They act like they couldn't be bothered to answer my question. I would NEVER go back. I was talking to one of my students at Gardena High and he said he heard that they have bad attitudes at that AT&T store. I had a much better experience at the AT&T store that was on Artesia before they closed. They don't even deserve one star!!!

I went to the AT&T Gardena location and got outstanding customer service care from one of the employees named Tiara. She was very helpful in solving my problem with my damage iPhone. She helped me replace it with the claim and also help change the account. She was very helpful. I give her rave reviews because it was just a big stress lifted off my shoulder. Great jobTiara ??????.
