Over the past year, I purchased around 30 vehicles from this auction. Not a single one was in proper condition — every car had serious hidden defects. For 5 of them, I had to wait over 45 days to receive the title. This auction is extremely problematic for dealers: there are far too many hidden issues, and after purchase, none of the vehicles pass the smog check.
I believe I’m not the only dealer who has faced these problems here. In my opinion, many dealers choose not to leave comments because they still need to continue buying from this auction despite their negative experiences, and they don’t want to create issues for themselves.
Please do not contact me asking to call your manager — neither your manager nor your auction will resolve the significant financial losses my company suffered due to your incompetence and misleading vehicle descriptions, none of which mentioned the actual defects. One of the vehicles could not even drive out of your auction yard, and I had to invest a substantial amount of money just to get it in decent condition for resale.
Regarding the office staff — it would be appreciated to see a friendlier and more respectful attitude toward dealers. At times, it feels that the staff is not very welcoming, which leaves an unpleasant impression when working with the auction.
Advice to everyone: be extremely cautious when purchasing vehicles from this auction. Inspect everything in person, be prepared for the risk of significant extra costs and delays, and remember that the vehicle description on the website may not match its actual condition. I strongly recommend that dealers think twice before buying here.

This auction used to be great — I’ve bought a lot of cars from them in the past. But lately, it feels like they’ve turned into a complete scam operation.
I recently bid online and caught the auctioneer making me bid against myself. I placed a bid at $3,759, and they claimed there was a $4,000 bid and pushed me to go to $4,100. I held off — and suddenly they “rolled it back” and sold me the car for $3,750. Shady.
Even worse, they forced me to buy a non-running car I never bid on. We spoke to a manager who insisted it came from my IP address — but I know 100% that we never placed that bid. Still, we paid for it just to avoid the hassle. After towing it, getting it to a shop, and trying to get it running, we found out the transmission was bad too. Again, this was a car we never wanted or agreed to buy.
This week, I won a bid on what looked like a super clean 2008 VW Beetle convertible. Every photo showed the top down — no mention or photos of any damage. After paying, we saw the car in person and the top was up and completely trashed — ripped everywhere. The armrest was destroyed. If the listing had shown the real condition or even mentioned a torn convertible top, we never would’ve bid.
Buyer beware. I’m completely done with this place.

staff don't respect to dealers at all very untidy i bought car long time ago instead of getting title they said return the car after 45 days and the funniest part is they are saying this car has been returned because the seller couldn't give us the title so the question is why did you resell it to me again ?!

I LOVE working here every day of the week. The employees here are fantastic, very helpful, friendly and fun. Even though this is not a public auction, there's always an interesting, challenging group of buyers to interact with. There's great deals if you're a dealer.

The lady with short dirty blond hair who works in the title department is so rude. Very unprofessional and comes at EVERYONE wrong. Everytime I have to bite my tongue when dealing with her rude a$$. She needs to be fired because it's starting to get on people's nerves.

If you want to be RIPPED OFF and have your vehicle ILLEGALLY auctioned off… make sure to go to AutoNation at I-17 and Bell Road.
They sold my vehicle before approving financing on new vehicle purchase. Fed up with their incompetence I returned new car since 60 days and still not financed! Expected my trades vehicle back and found out they sold it already! In addition, management lies and left me SOL!
Good thing that legally I am protected and they broke those laws!
