Terrible service last time went in for a radiator hose shift leader with the long hair and glasses said it was a special order then told me to check the junk yard. Why would I go to the junkyard to buy a used cracked hose clearly knows nothing about cars...went in today for some rotors and brake pads replacement that were under warranty I took the old parts for the exchange. He took forever checking part numbers to make sure they matched the box. After he admitted he didn't know what he was doing he called in the afternoon shift leader some dark Hispanic lady she checked and checked brought in a couple boxes off the shelfs to compare numbers she made it seem like I was trying to scam them when clearly they were off the car under the warranty. After wasting my time she said maybe the mechanic shop might have put the wrong ones in the box when clearly you could tell they were the same ones in the picture on the box. Wasted my time I took them to another location they took them without making it a big deal. She was acting like they were coming out of her paycheck wouldn't want her risking her career. Don't bother at this location people behind the counter don't know about cars and they don't like to honor warranties after I spent a good amount of money here.

Terrible service received by the so-called manager, sol terrible person, terrible store makes someone wait more than 19 minutes solving their problems so that they can tell you that they cannot give you the service you need and they still start arguing, get trained people who know about the items and who have good dealings with people!!!

I didn't get anyone's name, but the girl the attended to me was very sweet and helpful. The man with the long hair that works there however, was rude and unprofessional. He was belting out curse word after curse word the entire time I was there, and when I asked if anyone could help with the installation of my windshield wipers, he just said no even though he had no other customers waiting and was doing absolutely nothing else. A very unpleasant experience because of him and I feel sorry for anyone who has to work with him and put up with his behavior.

Very great, friendly and knowledgeable staff. Have wide variety of products to choose from and what I appreciate most is that if you have a problem they will work with you patiently until your problem has been solved, especially the manager didn’t catch her name but she is always very helpful and does her best every single time I go here. Thank you

I really prefer O'Reilly's, but they didn't have the locking gas cap in stock. They didn't ask me over the phone what size engine my friend's car had, but when we got there, it was a critical factor. I didn't know, and that created a lot of tension between the people behind us in the line and between my impatient friend and I. I know now that it's a 5.6. Still I will be going to other Auto Part stores in the future, even if it means waiting for the part to arrive.

This is the WORST person you can see in this place, he is discriminatory and tries to be intimidating. He made a mistake by sending me to pick up a part and I had to go to another Autozone to pick it up since he had already charged me. IT IS A SHAME that a company with so much prestige has a person like him working in that place.
