Adrian was the best! I needed the battery to be replaced. He tested it first to make sure it needed replacing and also told me other things that were going to harm the new battery (even though he couldn’t take care of it for me). He gave me all the battery options available and let me choose (didn’t try to oversell me). Great service!

From my own Experience, VICTOR, At Auto Zone in the city of Gardena, Calif. located at 1116 Redondo Beach Blvd, I Purchased 2-Sets of 1999 Toyota Corolla Le (Car) & 1999 Chevy 3500 Truck wiper Blades, I ask Victor to Ex plain how to Install the 2-Sets of Wiper Blade, He said after I Purchase them, he would Explain & Show me how to remove & Install both sets of Wind Shield wiper Blades, He Install both sets within 5 min.Victor did not Charge me, Victor, Said Recommend AutoZone to the Community, I will for sure recommend AutoZone to all my Veteran friend, I was Treated with a lot of Respect, from my own Experience.

I came in to switch my battery because my car didn't start at work the Assistant manager " Adrian SAL" was very UNPROFESSIONAL sense a attitude I will be contacting corporate about the situation I feel that as assistant manager respect for customer should be better I waste 40 mins at this location to tell me that they don't have the battery when I came in before I took out my battery to make sure that they did have the correct one they said they had 2 in stock but didn't I ask for the store number he refuse to give it to me
