It's just ok. Been trying to buy a 2 ton floor jack, but the spot where supposed to be at, it's always empty. Out of stock? I understand, but always?? No way!! I guess they need to put more attention to restock missing items.

Rudest AutoZone experience ever....black chick behind the counter hour before closing is yammering on about how good she speaks Spanish and couldn't wait to get away from one of the watts stores. I'm next on line and she's asking people floating by her if they need help while I'm waiting be called. Elder statesman that works there finally helpse and goes to look for a part I had on hold, he's gone at least 10 mins, all the while BLK chic and another female employee are STILL talking about the language and how they can't wait to get off. I finally interrupt the and ask if they can help the older gentlemen back in the catacombs find my part as he has disappeared. Perturbed as they were the pregnant one goes to look for him and they reemerge mins later. This entire fiasco was was like romper room for delinquents as profanity was thrown around along with everything else.
Even security was in on it !!! Is this the best AutoZone can do for hires as they should all be terminated. Check the video from your store .....

Waited on the line for over 15 minutes I called back twice and the same person kept telling me to hold for a second. I was just trying to verify a part that they supposedly had only 1 in stock. If it was more than 1 shown available I wouldve just gone but do to those circumstances I wanted to verify, which I told the woman that answered the phone but still got the same response for the third time.

They have a very bad service, the staff is very bad, they serve you in a humorous way, they ignore you, they don't pay attention. To what one needs, they do not provide the help that one needs and they are also too slow to attend to the clients I visit. Be local and it was a very bad experience. It took more than an hour for them to assist me and only for them to tell me that they couldn't help me with what I needed, so I don't recommend that they visit you, it's very bad service.
