Worst management, never got enough teller working. Long line waiting. Merchant line not even open. 3 tellers are working when I got here but then 2 of them went on break let customers waiting

This location is notorious for having card skimmers on their ATMs. I suspect this is where my card info was taken to create a fake card with someone else's name. This person used my card several times, once at a resort in NY. Unfortunately I didn't see the notifications soon enough and about $1,600 in charges were made to my account. It took me a month to get the money returned to me by B of A. I now have my daily limits set low. In any case, this happens repeatedly at this location as people are always posting on FB or ND about this yet the bank fails to put in safeguards to prevent this.

Is this a bank or the DMV? There are over 30 people in line and they have only 2 tellers. They just don't care about their customers.

I don’t know what is guys doing. There are more than 10 people on the line. And they only have 1 cashier in the bank. What wrong with you guys? You guys have about 10 windows and only 1 guy work inside

They do not allow you to take out your own money. Make sure you call in advance to make sure they can do their job. You will probably end up wasting your time.

I wasn't able to make an appt online but Mayra understood that we came from far away to be added to my dads account and was able to help us. Mayra made us feel welcome and was very kind and professional. Thank you for helping us out of a jam.

The fact that the reviews have been the same and hasn't been any change here at all. I was waiting in line with about 15 people plus and took more time than it had too. I was just trying to pull money out but couldn't do it at the ATM since it wasn't a small withdrawal. I was told by the teller that I could have just done it at the ATM when I clearly tried and it didn't work. Honestly the reason I was here was to close my account to prevent this issue. other Banks are better at this issue.

Avoid coming here if you can't I only come to this bank because it is close to my job yesterday I took all of my money out of my account and moved to Chase just because I dread this bank that much there is always one or two tellers working with four or five people monitoring in the back instead of helping they are very rude as well

Absolutely horrible customer service! I waited over one hour for a cash withdrawal transaction. The bank manager, Viviana Gomez, did her best to provide an explanation as to why there were only TWO tellers assisting customers. While I appreciate the effort to explain the situation, the response was simply unacceptable and almost a joke. It is unimaginable how a bank as big as Bank of America can operate an organization with so little staff. There was at least 20 people waiting in line. I even took it a step further and inquired how many tellers worked on a busy day like Friday and the response was up to FOUR! You have to be kidding!! Extremely poor customer service and lack of consideration towards the customers in the area. Corporate needs to provide more staff to our local banks immediately! Another customer even commented on how she just left the bank on Rosecrans and Main and they did not have ANY staff! How is that possible?!?!

DO NOT BANK HERE!! Just left and they told me I couldn't withdraw money out of my own account and to go to another bank because they don't have anymore money... wtf?! Aren't they the bank? Lady was rude after I asked to speak to someone telling me they don't have anyone who can help me. Terrible experience and will not be going back. As a matter of fact I'm closing my 10 year business account

I'll never understand why the managers just stand in the back & monitor when they should be hopping on the line as well when it's only 1 teller with 20 people in line. It's crazy. Make your managers hop on the line as well!

, These guys are the worse. They don't care about customer service. every time I come here, I get sick to my stomach knowing that I'll have to spend most the day cashing a $20 check. They should fire the CEO and bring someone in that knows how run a business

Horrible long line with over 20 customers waiting and only two window open, the avg.moving speed is 1/mph… no sense of demands and lack of service. They should provide chairs for those orderly people whom been waiting for over 30 mins for “next” call.

Waited here For long hours.There were only 2 Tellers with 30+ people waiting in Line.What a waste of time being here.Seen comments the same thing as mine and I don’t get why the upper management are not doing anything or not fixing it.
