Baeed on prior reviews, Initially I was concern about the efficiency managing my account in person at the branch. I arrived at 1630 to close a CD, I was immediately directed to the customer desk and I got my cashier's check in my hand walking out by 1655.
All the bank employees were courteous, communicate well in English, and very professional.
Parking was extremely easy.

Incredibly slow in performance. Two tellers and there's always 10 people in line. They always have to get permission to approve a depsit.

Bank of Hope is racist against anyone not Asian. We have a lot of money with this bank/branch and they are the most unhelpful, graceless, and disrespectful consumer-facing business I have ever experienced. When we tried to take our $$ out of the account, they all of a sudden couldn't speak ENGLISH ANYMORE! What a horrible institution!

Most disgusting unprofessional unreliable bank ever. Only good thing is they have a free checking. They got no system so every time answers are different. Horrible.

If I could give ZERO stars, I would! They refused to cash a check issues by this bank and refused to demonstrate policy showing the claimed reason. I wouldn't trust this bank.

very disappointed with poor customer service and system I felt as other said. I don't want put even one star but it minimum to write postand they closed my account without any notice, which has been a couple of months. Just used 2 checks from brand new check book on its account.. What is for the rest of them ?
