Booked an appointment to open a new checking account this Saturday, but when I arrived at the branch, they even didn't know about this. After showing them the email comfirmation, they said the banker was not even here and sorry about it. This is so unprofessional for banking service and I will not consider opening accounts at BMO USA anymore. Wasting time!

What horrible customer service. This bank is by far the worst bank I've ever worked with. They try to hold onto funds. They don't try to help customers. They will hopefully go out of business, with any luck!

The worst bank ever manager is so ignorant that doesn't even know how to run the business. Close when they want to. Deposits not posted to your correct account. Always a long line. What else can I say they have morons working there.

Truly love my banking experience with this branch and BOW period. Always feel welcome and valued. I worked for a major savings and loan while in college so I knew the in and outs of great customer service and BOW always are above the standard taking care of my personal and business banking needs. Highly recommend this branch and BOW period especially the Gardena Branch.

On Tues 12/15/2020 my fiance and I stopped at this branch to withdraw some money. She just established a business account there a few weeks ago. Neither one of us were exactly 'dressed' for the day so sweats and hoodies it is. She wrote out a check to me to withdraw the funds because she was being lazy and didnt want to go inside. I walk in, no line (great!), the teller who greets me is a hispanic individual. I present the check and my i.d. He proceeds to tell me there is a fee to cash, since I dont have an account there. Ok fine, whatever. He taps on his keyboard for an extended amount of time before announcing he needs to 'verify' the check. He calls my fiance, who promptly answers because remember she's right outside sitting in the car smh. He needs her to come in in the bank, which she does. He then proceeds to tell her a whole bunch of hogwash b.s as to why the check cant be cashed (ex: signature dosent match, cant cash personal check thru business acct) eventhough the money is fully available and refers her to her home branch which would be culver city. We leave there, she goes to her home branch later that day. They inform her there is a lock on her account and that she should be able to access her funds the next day. On 12/16/2020 the account is still locked and the stupid a** from Gardena has sent over a 'nice essay' attachment explaining the events that took place on tuesday. The essay goes on to say he suspects fraud and describes my appearance as 'disheveled'. Huh? Im in sweats and hoodie! Since when do I need to come into a bank 'interview ready'?? Culver City is completely bewildered by this series of events and tries to remedy things but unfortunately the nightmare continues. On Thursday,12/17/2020 the account now has a 10 day fraud hold on funds that were fully available on tuesday until i stepped into their bank wearing a hoodie! My fiance has had to hula hoop her way through all these hurdles since tuesday just to get access to her money because some jackass (which we found out is the branch manager) didnt like wtf i had on that day. Culver City branch ended up issuing her a cashiers check for her money just to squash any ensuing beef between branch managers. They have the nerve to ask if she wants to open a personal checking or hell even keep this biz acct open, FCK NO!! Ya'll can kiss our a**

If u looking for a bank for the privilege then u have found your bank,I've been banking here for years but yesterday I decided to go inside n conduct my transaction,I wanted to withdraw my sba grant that I had received,the teller looked at me n then said we need verify your info,i told him n the manager that I didn't get a loan from bank of the west ,the SBA verified the application before the funded my account.I guess being young n black is a reason enough for bank of the west to verify something after the federal government already has,

This has got to be the slowest, unmaintained and under managed bank I've ever visited. I rarely go into branches but couple times, every 3 months, I make deposits for my Company. This branch has only ONE TELLER available on a FRIDAY. Fuken ridiculous! I've never been inside a branch for more than 40 minutes before. This is why I'm not a bank of the west customer. HORRIBLE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, LOOK LIKE THEY HATE THEIR JOBS CUSTOMER SERVICE BRANCH EVER.

The worst customer service. I'm standing in line to withdraw an amount larger than what the machine would spit out and there is 1 teller for 3 other people waiting in line. It's 11:30 am. Do people not work here or are they all lazy? Mgmt, do something about this. I tried beating the lunch rush but it wasn't going to make a difference. I hear two others clicking away and not single rep. has address the lack of staff nor do they give 1 shoot about this long line.

I go there once in a while. There is never be an long line and teller is friendly. They do what they have to do as a bank. I have no complaint for this branch.

I was trying to look for this location for 20 minutes I know some people say you might have to look up but when you're listening to audio and keeping your eyes on the road it's not that easy to just look upit had me going around the corner on either direction north and south several times if Google would have said it's right at the corner turn right or it's right across the street from Honda turned right but it kept taking me in circles and circles until finally I just pulled into a parking lot and cross the street otherwise I would have never found it even though it was right at the corner right at the corner.

I really don't know why anyone would open an account here. Incompetence.. looooong lines... rudeness.... and employees have no clue of how to resolve any issues... How this bank can be in business? Worse than a check cash store
