The young lady working in Furniture Dept was very helpful,courteous, and polite. She called another location to confirm the item I wanted was in stock and informed them I was on my way and had them hold it for me. She also gave me the address and directions . Customer Service at its best! Ty.

Come from the San Gabriel Valley to shop here located down the street from my church. All the Big Lots in my area have closed. THIS PLACE AND EMPLOYEES ARE INCREDIBLE!
