My catalytic converter was stollen in the middle of the night by some men wearing masks. Did it right in front of my kids. And I had just bought the car after getting into a hit-and-run accident while parked. Caliber Collision repaired my car. Phenomenal service. If you’re looking for a place for repairs, look into them. They got my car completed so fast! They also cleaned it and delivered it to me! I’m genuinely blown away by their service. Otto and Heidi and the staff were amazing and answered all of my questions. I’m super grateful.

I literally I had a fender bender someone opened their car door and made a dent in my fender. The insurance adjuster suggested I use Caliber Collision. They kept me up to date each day of the progress of my vehicle via text. They are clear and concise with delivering instructions and procedures of how this company operates. My vehicle was completed with in three days. I initially was told that it would be two days but something delayed the completion. I was informed via text message of the delay, I was given a lifetime guaranteed on the workmanship of this vehicle. As long as I own this vehicle I can say I am very pleased with the work and service I received from this company. I will recommend this shop to my family and friends.

I called my insurance company Grieco on Monday, June 23, 2025 put in a claim. They referred me to Caliber Collision, Gardena Ca. I was given a next day appointed at 8am. I was greeted by a nice younglady Heidi who was running the front desk by herself..literally. She was very inviting and professional. She then passed off my paperwork to Mr Edgar my adjuster. He walked around the car assessed it and before i could blink Enterprise rental car was waiting with a rental waiting for me. I signed my documents and was advised that they would notify me when completed. I thought it was going to take a week or two. Well the next day Wednesday, June 24, 2025 i received a texted saying that my car was ready. One day turn around? Really? I've never heard such a thing. I picked it up in ahh .. i had to inspect.. and it was perfect! She's back, cleaned and ready for the road.

Caliber repair shop did a wonderful job with my vehicle. It was completed before the estimated time and my car looks like new again. They kept me updated on my repairs while I was out of my vehicle answered any and all of my questions very friendly This was a wonderful experience. I recommend them to anyone.
