Horrible customer service. Employees seen I was having issues with an atm and pretended to be in a conversation when I went over to ask them a question. Once I walked away without an answer, the conversation conveniently was over

I visited this location two days in a row.. Yesterday (11-14-23) and today (11-15-23) and both times I was in and out of the line in a reasonable amount of time. The first time I waited in line and was told to make an appointment with Tanya. (I didn't get to meet her) I came for my appointment today to open a new account. There was no wait in the line because I came early, I was informed by one of the tellers that there would be a wait.. Eddie, the manager, is who ended up helping me. He came out and mentioned to me that he didn't want me to be waiting for awhile and that he would help me. (Which he did) Eddie was very quick and he was very professional, he explained the entire process and the benefits that come with having an account here at chase. I have no complaints about the professionalism that was displayed from any of the employees here. They were all very courteous and very professional.The entire process was done in under an hour and this is with the wait times included. I'm glad that I ignored the bad reviews and gave this one a chance.

This branch is clean and the staff members are responsible and helpful .especially Sandra explains in detail in easy ways for everything .I really appreciate her and all the staff. Thank you, and I recommend specially for the new opening Chase account to go to this branch because Sandra is helpful.

Horribly long waits on top of them being thieves. Will never bank with Chase again! I've never had a bad experience with chase until I came to this branch, they're horrible and unhelpful

Long line with one window is crazy! They're kinda slow here most of the time. It's best to find another bank if you running on time. No one even comes to the line to try and see if they have to go to the window.

This is one of the easiest chase banks to get in and out they have several parking areas outside ATMs wheelchair accessible and Parking they have a good team in there I like it because it’s usually not too busy occasionally there is a weight but it moves pretty quick and there’s always somebody to talk to very friendly it has been there for quite a while I hope it will remain there. The new Chase bank that is closer to my neighborhood has closed down that was a bummer best one I’ve ever been in for transactions and service was amazing! Photos to follow.

Sandra Del Torres, is the most unprofessional banker they have. I went into the bank today April 29th, to open an account for my daughter. As I walked into the branch, Sandra greeted me and said Good morning I can help you, I walked into her office and proceeded telling her what I needed. Once she was done with the first thing I needed help with, she said "my appointment is here" I said "okay but I'm not done" she then proceeded to tell that I had to leave her office because her appointment was here and that she was no longer going to help me. First off if she was waiting for an appointment she should of never took another customer, especially not knowing how long that transaction will take. Secondly, she could have communicated that she had an appointment but failed to do so. I then asked her to speak to a supervisor, because I found it extremely unprofessional to get kicked out the office just because her appointment was here. I went ahead and explained the situation to Symone Jones the supervisor she took over the rest of the transaction but directed me to go sit at a corner. Not once did she apologize for her bankers behavior or made me feel welcome. I finally received the paperwork I was waiting for not from the supervisor who took my passport and social security card but another banker by the name of Jalen. She on the other hand apologized for the personal banker behavior and admitted that Sandra behavior was extremely inappropriate and that it should of never happened that way.

Worst service ever !!!!!! Don't go to this branch if you don't want to waste your time I had an appointment and they made me wait for 30min not telling anything. I saw another bankers have to do nothing and just chilling in their office. No one came to help me, I was the one who kept following up with them. Still I am waiting. What's the point to have appointment if they don't care about our time. I'm so upset!

Only have 2 bank tellers. Horrible long waits. Wanted to open a saving account and of course I waited in the line and then I'm being told that I need to make an appointment for something that only takes 10 min to do. Chase customer service is HORRIBLE.

Probably the worst customer service in the planet of history. Came in for a deposit for work. Have about 60 individual deposit, they saw the stack and said they'll take it to the back to deposit.. An hour and 30 mins later....still not done and never once did they check in...Finally... At 5:08 came out with the receipts...instead of saying 'sorry that took long,' had the audacity to say 'that was a lot of deposit, how long did you think it'll take'

Service was awful. The teller I dealt with was so preoccupied trying to kill a line they didn't hear I had two things to handle in the bank. I'm not wasting my time coming here anymore and you shouldn't either
