  Gave this chase a couple more chances but still nothing has improved. The wait time here is ridiculous. Morning noon, after noon you name it. I don't understand why not hire more tellers, or transfer tellers from a different location. I can write this whole review as I stand in line and wait. You need more people here,... read full comment

  Unorganized chase location. No signs or anyone telling you which line you need to be in.

  Slowest and most overstuffed branch. Three teller stations and never have all three staffed. Two bankers plus a branch manager and not one of them is willing to take non cash straight deposits. Manager is willing to come and say hello but not willing to help the line. Customer service still seems to be Chase's downfall.
