Froze my account for 3 months straight while accepting my direct deposit. Inefficient staff. Obtuse, secretive head office. Totally frustrating experience overall.

I was not treated as a customer. This employees are racist and don't care about my needs. It was a Citibank check that needed to cashed. Instead I was forced to open a checking account and my check after 7 days has not cleared. Hani the branch manager was notified and didn't return our calls.he always claim to be in a meeting. Fabiola his area manager was also notified and has not returned our call. Mind you this is a Citibank check. They made me feel like a criminal with no mask on to cash one of their own check. When I called customer service. I got people from other countries to try to help but they couldn't speak good English and one told me that Gardena didn't have any Citibanks . another asked me to spell Torrance and other words. I was hanged up by customer service reps and supervisors.

Maurice helped me so much by going through stacks of $10 bills to get me the nicest and newest notes for Christmas gift giving. Wonderful customer service!

I was at this Citibank yesterday because I was having issues logging into my account. I was able get my problem resolved by Lourdes!!! She is amazing! She was very patient, kind, understanding and was able to help me in getting my account reactivated again. Sometimes, when you go in with problems, not everyone is excited to help! But Lourdes made an impression that she loves what she does and does her best in helping her customers. You are amazing Lourdes!

First of all BIG THANKS TO REJIN MEDINA for being awesome. Not only did she retrieve my forgotten debit card from the ATM (which my D****** left) but she also called me and informed me about it. She held it but I was busy and they had to destroy it. So when I was ready to pick it up she said no worries a brand new will be issue tomorrow asap. And yes FedEx brought it ASAP the very next day. Thank you REJIN MEDINA awesome customer service.

Horrible service, it's better to go to a small bank or a credit union. I had fraud on my account and five weeks later my new account wasn't opened yet. Horrible just horrible.

Today 10/21/18 at about 3:30pm, bank teller Jara had great customer service! Greeted me, was very informative & polite. I will be coming to this location now instead of the one on Redondo Beach Blvd.

I'm giving this 0 stars. I went to the bank to open up an account. I was not greeted by anyone. There were 2 people in line and 1 teller with someone else helping the teller. There was a lady sitting at one of the outside desks waiting on who was helping her. There are now 2 ladies in the teller area but they are doing their own thing and then there is a guy in the Citi Business. He is sitting at his desk doing who knows what. We are waiting and waiting. Another person walks in and now 3 people in line and 1 person at the teller. Wait and wait. I finally ask a couple of guys in the line if this always happens. They said pretty much. Citi Bank just lost my business. Was not impressed. Plus parking lot is small and to get out of there on a busy street with no signal is a big no. I'll go somewhere else.

I've gone to other banks in the area, and this location is a smaller branch but has a great "neighborhood bank" feel. I like using ATMs everywhere, but once in a while I need to talk to a real person, and I wait until I can make it to this particular branch to address the issue. They first helped me with some problems with an account that was established at a different Citibank branch, and over the years this has become my "go to" branch. It is typically a calm, low-stress atmosphere and I get my questions answered and business taken care of. What more can you ask.

YELP 100 CHALLENGE 2018 - 67/100. I couldn't have come through at a better time. It was the 1st of the month mid-afternoon. Yet the parking lot is empty. I walked in and I was the sole customer in the entire office space. There were only 2 tellers assigned at the moment, so one of them called me even before I got close to the "line" section. And she must have read my mind because she said, "It's the 1st? And no line?! You came at a great time!" I told her it's almost like being in an even more bizarre episode of the Twilight Zone. They both let out a good hearty laugh. That's cool, I like workers with a sense of humor. Really, I came in to make a simple payment, so, I was I was out of there in less than 30 seconds. TIP: They have a drive thru ATM, if that's your thing. This is the 3rd Citibank branch I've been to in the past three months. I gotta say they've been really consistent with customer service. It feels good having them handling my business. I'd most likely return.

No lines 4:30pm on a weekday, quick service, teller was awesome, even joked, friendly not so stuffy like other tellers. Happy customer on this first time visit.
