do NOT bank with Citibank. After I was scammed out of $2400 in November they "recommended" that my account be closed. I was told that upon making a final decision, it would take between 30 and 60 days to receive the funds in my account (regardless of the scammed amount) and that there was a "freeze" on my account. HOWEVER, there was not enough of a freeze to prevent them from accepting my Social Security payment for December, even though I had reported new financial information to the SSA.Worse customer service i've ever experienced (totally Philllpines'based). Right hand has no idea what the left hand is doing. You'll be put on hold and transferred around randomly. STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOKE OF A BANK !!!!!!!

Need better staff came here to deposit my check, since I was in the area I'll never come to this location again I'll stick to Hawthorne! Manager was rude in front of me and the guy (teller) didn't seem like he knew what he was doing

This is the worst bank ! I went to use the atm 3 times this week and the machine is out of service! Every time It cannot dispense money or out of service.

They should just close this bank! Every time I go to deposit a check the ATM machine is always down, they are super slow when I do decide to go in the bank, why do they have one ATM machine and it's always out of service?

For my needs this branch takes care of me quickly and efficiently. The tellers are really nice, friendly, and accommodating. I go on off hours and I'm in and out in a flash!

This bank has very bad customer service. I stood in line for 20mins and was told I had to wait until they finish servicing their customers with accounts before they could help me. Needless to say every time it got down to one more person two more would walk in!!!! This is poor customer service and after standing in line for almost another 35-40mins I was told they couldn't cash the check because the amount was too large and she sorry they didn't tell me that after waiting for so long . I have a credit card from Citibank which I closed today!!!!

If I could do negative stars I would. This has got to be the worst bank on the planet! They have two lines one for members and one for non members, they will keep the non member line on hold for and hour if need be, while they take care of the member only line. They had two tellers for an hour. Awful attitudes, literally wanted to cry.

First off I would like to begin saying on how ghetto this is me and my mom were waiting ln line for 15 minutes then once I reached the front the lady told me to go to a different line were we waited 45min. Now there was a beep meant for me to go next then the same lady sent me back saying it wasn't my turn. There was about 20 people in line complaining and others that were coming in were passing before us I had to leave after a 45min wait because that was so ridiculous if I could give this place zero stars I would dont come to this place because it is a waist of time I am physical therapist I should have been treated that way horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible horrible.

One of the worst experiences I've ever had been through. I went there to do a simple transaction. I noticed how They separate customers from other customers? If you bank there? They will help you first. If you don't bank there? They treat you like a piece of crap. Then they offer to help you if, you open a bank account with them? If you refuse you have to stand there and wait. Their policy according to manager. I was there for unnecessary 20 minutes. I will never return to that bank. Going to my credit union.
