Probably the worst CVS I've been too. They never have your medication on time. They will tell you to wait an hour for your medication to be ready after waiting in line for 30 minutes and even then it is not ready. They accused me of over dosing my medication because my prescription was not yet called in by my psych. Most of the time they are snappy and appear to show no care for their clients time.

Today 6/7 I visited this pharmacy awful service there was a long line at the pharmacy drive through . Along line inside pharmacy about 12 people ! A man had waited 2 hours for his medication and it was still not ready ! The woman with the purple hair said someone would help us no one came . When I asked how long it would be the woman in the bike scrubs said there was 100 people in front of me a clear lie . It was a 2 hour wait for 2 medicines ! Awful service not professional rude and so t care attitude by the employees ! Don't come here !

The pharmacy is insane. The workers make peopleWait for minutes. This is the worst cvs!!! It takes 20 min or more in drive thru. They walk slow you know you have job you are supposed to work at a good pace not snail pace. The suck!!!

This place is a disaster. The same people are never working each time you come in. I have never been serviced in under 15 minutes in either the drive-through or the store when picking up a prescription. There is always a long line regardless of the time of day, and the staff is in adequate, and in confident Incompetent the last time I visited here I was even told that I wasn't in the system even though I've lived in the neighborhood for 30 years. Avoid it if at all possible oh, and by the way they have been out of my required painkillers for over a month.

Making people wait 45 minutes in line at the pharmacy is criminal. Hire more help!!!! There's no excuse for this especially when it comes to seniors.

I just want to say thank you to Eduardo for the excellent customer service. You are the most sweetest kindest customer service representative I've ever encountered. I was looking for some makeup to take on a trip at 11 pm the isle was closed he squeezed between the gate and helped me shop. Seriously he could have just said no but he didn't. He was even extremely kind to a homeless guy that looked a bit sketch. I aspire to have that much grace and patience. Thanks again Eduardo you are the best !!

This place it's most of the time therefore I would think they would have more people at the Pharmacy but instead they only have ONE person for the pick up line. As soon as I got there I saw the frustration on people faces after 20 minutes I understood why. The person at the cashier (pick up area) did not look happy at all and I completely understand why she could be in a bad mood. I think management should do a better job and have at least one more person helping customers and don't allow the likes to get so damn long.

Pulled up in the drive thru area, 4 cars in front of me, so it took a bit to get to the drive up window. Overall the wait wasn't bad and when I was helped the service was friendly and fast.

I've been going to this pharmacy for years. There is a Hispanic tall lady that works in the pharmacy that was completely rude to an elderly man that was just trying to ask a question in Spanish and I got so bothered and upset because of the way she was treating him. Hand gestures with move out of my way and just kept telling him call your insurance I cant help you. Working in a pharmacy you are able to help the patient because you deal with different insurances. If she doesn't like helping patients she shouldn't be working helping patients. You never know how they are feeling or even if they can afford their medication.

If I could give this place Zero stars I would. Customer service is non existent. Patricia is rude to her employees and shouts and humiliates customers. This place is disgusting. I spoke to them about the condition of their ice cream freezer and they said they were clear to sell it. This can't be safe for customers to consume. By far THE WORST CVS I've ever been to. Stay away!

If I could give you zero stars, I would. Terrible customer service. The store worker Henry harassed a paying customer. You need to retrain your staff on customer service. I spend thousands of dollars at this store. I will no longer shop at CVS. Your lack of respect disgusts me Henry. Please do better CVS. Hire better people.

If I could I would not leave 1 star. This place needs to retrain there graveyard pharmacy staff. I called the pharmacy before going at 12am to make sure they had the medication I need, the staff member that answer didn't want to hear it. She told me bring the prescription. Like, why would I drive across town and wait if they might not have the medication. Then she proceeded to hang up. After I got there they didn't have any customer service etiquette. Extremely rude employees. I myself work in the medical field and how they work here that wouldn't fly. I would appreciate if they worked on there patients and be more kind.

I don't trust this store. The workers were really nice on the way out some black lady made an extremely poor comment about how I am as a woman. She was actually talking to the workers at the register. She was saying how I made this whole place look bad and the problem with me. Just because I said hi and I barely wanted to. You are so far gone and I cannot tolerate this behavior I am just going to remember we're not to go if I'm having a bad day. I guess you can tell the employees that they should not engage with someone, whom firstly speaks poor about another customer. Figure it out please. This happened around 10:30 AM and left a bad taste in my mouth.
