Poor customer service there is a line with 10 + people and I just seen 2 people go into their office. I feel bad for the employees as well as the customers . I will be going to another location. Hopefully there will be some type of training or something. Because the customer service sucks!!

Just left the Dollar tree and I wanted to leave you guys a review. The manager and the cashier or just pleasant. It's nice to have great customer service to start your day off right. I also want to give a shout out to this one cashier that is super friendly! As soon as you walk in she's yelling out hello, how are you doing today, and have a great day. I don't know her name that she's a little petite African American woman.Dollar tree in Gardena on Western is the best!

I didn't realize there was a dollar tree so close to my house. I've drove by here so many times. There was plenty of parking and the cashier was very courteous.

Why is it do dark inside the store. I can't even see the products on the shelves. It's even worse for the older people with eyesight problems.

The store is dimly lit. The cold drinks are in the back. They were under staffed. I saw a police officer walk inside to take an incident report. I left. The line was too long.

Today around 4 pm, I was shopping at this dollar tree store. As I often do. I was a very disappointed because the cashier accused me of paying with a counterfeit $20.00. Neither the cashier or the so called "supervisor " were helpful in this ordeal. After I personally called the police. then after a while of back and forth. They finally gave me my change. I will never shop at this store again. Please be mindful when paying with CASH!!!! You don't want this to happen to any of you!

Today's visit was exceptional. Wow! I'm impressed at how neat and organized things were. The employees here took the time to organize everything--so I hope the customers will put them back the same way. The cashiers in the morning shift 4/25/23 @ 9am were also really super friendly and nice. Every customer that walked in were welcomed with super energetic vibe. The customers were checked out very fast and the workers even opened up a second register immediately as soon as the line started to form. I was in and out. Well done!
