Yes, the online reservation wasn't available, but they accommodated me with something else at the same rate! They have great customer service. Made my move much easier!

Beware!!!! Feeling ripped off!!!!Why is it every time I go there I feel like they just jacked the price up on me. I normally reserve a truck online which states $190 but by the time I go there they tell me it's $260. The last time I was there, they called it a "holiday rate" , which is a bunch of BS especially since I reserved the truck at the $190 rate.It is just a way they can extort more money from me because they know that by the time I am there to pick up which is the day of my rental where else am I going to go? It's not like I could just go walk over to another place and reserve a truck for that same day. so they just jacked the price up. Also. Why are they charging me for a Sunday even though I do not need the truck on Sunday but since they are closed, there's no way to actually drop the truck off?Listen guys, if you guys are closed and there's no way to drop off the truck on Sunday why are you charging me when it is your incompetence?????The last couple of trucks I've gotten from them have been having nothing but issues. One of the trucks battery ended up dying on me and I got stuck. Other truck I got from them the liftgate was not even working properly and you have to jam your finger inside and risk getting it chopped off just to get the gate drop. Very dangerous when I was there the other day dropping off a rental, I saw one of their associates actually back up and damage, one of his own trucks because he would not look in his rearview mirror nor drive carefully. I definitely laughed at himSave your money go somewhere else.Don't waste your time with their dog and pony show. You know when they look at their computers and sit there and go through your file they're just taking on how much they can overcharge you and get away with. They need a jar of Vaseline at the front desk .Not going to be fooled anymore going to take my business somewhere else .I will hit up corporate and let them know as well

The staff is great, Conan and team were quick to help sort out an issue we had with the first van we rented. They have a good number of choices in stock, they had the perfect van for our needs.

Moving permanently from Southern Cali. U Haul not a fan of, and not price worthy and Pensky way too expensive for a one day. Then I remembered I rented a cargo van from Enterprise when I moved to SoCal. Wanted a compact cargo but online they were sold out. I called to make sure. Yes, so went ahead and made a cargo size reservation. As I pulled up. I saw a compact cargo. Sydel( probably spelled wrong) came to assist me. I inquired about the compact. He turned to his boss to ask. She said it was reserved for the past few days, but then this morning the reservation was not there. So lucky me got it. The process was simple, not paperwork. Signed everything on the iPad thing and took off. Returning a simple and was out of there in 5 min. The gentleman helping me doubled checked the mileage as he saw it was way over the allotted miles per day (200). Explained where I went and the mystery was solved. The whole staff was friendly and competent. No problem with the vehicle either.

I had come to rely on the affordability and selection provided by this specific location of enterprise truck rental, until today. I had a reservation for 12 PM, which was confirmed the day before, and I was running late due to traffic and life. Enterprise called me at 1:20 PM to see if I was interested in obtaining a different truck. I was really confused, at which point they indicated that they only hold trucks for 30 minutes past the reservation. I just reviewed all of my confirmation emails, and this 30 minute hold was never explained or mentioned. They even called me the day before to confirm my reservation at 12 PM, but again, never said they only hold the reservation for 30 minutes. This would've been extremely helpful, because if I had known about the 30 minute time limit you bet your bottom dollar I would've hustled as much as humanly possible to get there in time.. Well they did have a truck available, it was too large for my needs as I was moving delicate items. They were very apologetic on the phone, and I'm giving them two stars for previous service, but it's really not fair to suddenly enforce a rule that was never provided or explained at any given point. Why on earth did they call me nearly 90 minutes later, but not within that 30 minute window to see if I was still coming?. I've been very excited to set up a corporate account, and that seriously won't be happening now. I understand courtesy goes both ways, and my delays could've been communicated on my end, but again, after reviewing all of my documentation, this 30 minute grace period isn't explained anywhere. I wasted an hour and a half of time running up and down the 110 freeway trying to get there, $20 on a wasted Uber that I had to cancel, and I'm not a happy camper.

The People working here are great. I don’t know about all these little complaint reviews but I’ve always had a great experience here. I have rented High Roof Cargo vans from them multiple times already and will continue to do so.Service is fast and easy. No hassle when picking up and even easier when dropping off. If there are other customers, you might have to wait a few mins but even then I’ve always been in and out within 15-30 mins max.Again thanks to everyone who works here, you all are amazing!

I had the worst consumer experience today in life.The owner is named Ryan or that's the name he gave me.I came in pick up my rental truck with a reservation I made over 6 weeks ago. Upon finalizing the vehicle I was asked for my insurance policy information. I asked why.They said it was standard to get this information.Keep in mind I was not asked if I wanted there insurance.Odd but okay. I asked to speak to a manager. After waiting approximately 30 minutes here comes Ryan. From his body language and untucked shirt, I had a feeling no help was going to be provided to me and eventually I was correct. He never said hello, he never introduced himself, first words were what's your problem. Horrible greeting. He was demeaning, disrepectful and worst refused me service.All I wanted to know is why there website or rental agreement didn't state this information. Ryan replied I don't know. He began to brag about him being the man, he has the same credit card as me and it doesn't provide insurance coverage. Unnecessary. Totally and utterly disrepectful. I cannot believe even after me trying to provide the insurance information he refused to rent to me. He took this professional ordeal and made it very personal. His entire staff was present while he chose to demonstrate horrible leadership and terrible customer service skills. He left a long-term stain on me with this experience with Entreprise truck rentals. Renters, to be blunt go elsewhere.

These guys are quick & easy. Trucks are clean & reliable. Pricing could be better sometimes, but not as bad as others. Wish they would include some mileage.I like the range of vehicles they have to offer.

Great experience with this location on our recent work trip. We booked the truck two weeks in advance. Arrived and the staff was accommodating and friendly. The truck we had was your typical F350 work truck which was more than enough to tow our trailer and crew out to Johnson Valley flats.DO NOTE! They DO NOT OFFER after hours drop-off at this location.
