Bounced me around to three locations, before sending me back to the original location just to make me wait for nearly an hour to pick up a held package. Ridiculous. Customer service is non existent.

So how FedEx and FedEx Freight makes money is to ship parcels and freight. So tell me why this FedEx Freight LTL location refuses to pickup two simple pallets to be shipped just 5 miles away near the LAX airport. I've been trying over a week to get a pickup everyday up near the LAX airport and each time this FedEx Freight LTL has given one lame excuse after another why they couldn't pick up

FedEx is the way to ship anything. The price is always comfortable, and affordable. Be sure to ask for the lowest price. Someone may not tell you.

My prescription medication, which is a scheduled narcotic, was "lost" while in fedex custody. No explanation, no investigation, no follow-up with me. Once my medication was scanned in to FedEx custody, my package never to be seen again. Fedex knows who last signed for the package. The lack of follow up from FedEx is shocking. I will not trust fedex with anything, ever. So disappointing.

Do not get comfortable with this place and expect it to be smooth. I've had same encounters with the same kind of people for the past years. I send my package the same way i always have, and they always have to tell me that they have to check if this package is appropriate. I literally have been going to this same place for over a year and they still cant tell if my package is good to go. Nothings changed, same as always. And also note that the hours in this place are not always accurate. You can go in one day trying to deliver a package and they will tell you they changed their hours. 6:15pm use to be the cutoff now they dropped it to 5:30pm! Please update if you are doing this!

After going to two different FedEx places to ship a big TV back to Samsung, we ended up coming to this place. After the security guard checked my ID, I parked the car near the entrance, and a young slim worker came to greet us and offered to help immediately. Once he made a copy of our ID and bill of landing, everything was going smoothly. We were able to get out of the place in no time. I really appreciate how efficient and helpful they are. Thank you FedEx Freight Gardena!

Lady in the front was rude not helpful at all. Also this is the first time I've been to a fed ex where you have to box your items and tape it yourself. They also sell you the tape so you have to buy the whole roll.

Usually do not like to give negative review but had to in this case. They are the worst. Do not answer phones Or get recording they will call back and never do. Very poorly run. Said they were holding on to package and then could not find it.

I had to pickup my order than deliver it to my place. Everyone from the phone service to the pickup location were friendly, helpful and went out of their way to accommodate. They were quick at the pickup area. They ran a thorough check on me before they handed my packages.
